Frequently only has self check out registers open, even on weekends in the middle of the day. Im not ringing up a whole cart of items in self check out. Also has closed drive up several times when I've gone to pick up orders and there is no indication that they aren't going to bring your stuff out other then they cover up most of the space numbers.

We were at this Target yesterday and spent over $200 in items for our daughter who was moving back to her college dorm. When we got back to the dorm we realized we had inadvertently left one of our purchased bags at the self-checkout lane.We tried over and over to call Guest Services, but no one was answering....so we drove back to the store to see if any honest person had turned in our bag.When we spoke to the agent at Guest Services we were told that since no one had turned in the bag we could re-gather our items and would not be required to re-purchase these items.Wow!! That is an AMAZING policy and we were ever so thankful for this.(As it turns out, we were able to find our bag at the self-checkout lane. An honest person had indeed turned it in there, so the attendant had our purchased bag.)Thank you, Target, for this amazing policy of permitting us to re-gather our items and not having to re-purchase! It saved us a lot of anxiety!And thank you, Honest South Bend Shopper, for turning in our purchased bag of items!

Was told to come back tomorrow after the employee I had asked for help clearly didn't want to go out of their way to get something out of the back which they confirmed to have. I just wanted Dawn FM :(

ON LINE SHOPPING... I have recently discovered that being home bound...and a senior...is not so bad. WHY ?..because I accidentally found TARGET'S website where I have been able to order anything/everything that I need without going to the store. The items are delivered right to my door(and free shipping with orders over $35.00) I just wait to "combine" whatever I need...and 3 days later...it is on my porch. During the very heavy snow, several items did not show up, I went on line and told them, and they were both REPLACED (of course Free Of Charge) in 3 days. This service has changed my life..for the better...and gives me a wonderful sense of relief that I now do NOT have to rely on others for my basic needs. THANK YOU TARGET !!! Nellie in Kewanna

Wait time to checkout is to long only one register open with rude clerk I will not be shopping at this store again the store across town is much better with customer service.

Absolutely horrible. Grabbed a movie off the shelf thinking awesome. Just to get to the check to be told its not supposed to be sold til the 7th. This is Absolutely ridiculous how was i supposed to know if the item was on a shelf. Then to have said item taken away from me. I will never shop here again. I feel embarrassed and disappointed. Management needs to figure something out. I will never shop here again HORRIBLE
