metropcs by tmobile sucks so much! over priced phones. no deals unless you as a long term customer,get new phone number. phones where the reception is so bad you have to talk near a window for anyone to hear what you are saying! thats why the stores are getting more and more empty. at the store in ann arbor on washtenaw rd. the out right refuse to answer the phone. ive seen it for myself!

sharing my experience today monday February 21 130pm. entered store for information about upgrade due to cracked screen ( minor). 5 agents in store 4 with a customer 1 just at a computer. Noone acknowledged I was there. I was invisible. waiting and waiting. 17 minutes latter I just left..no contact nothing.. come on T mobile. I was their you could care less..you spend millions on commercial advertisements to lure us in only to not care..money wasted...hope corporate sees this....Feb 24update. follow up visit more positive. only customer in store. entered approached by Aroura (hope that's correct). conducted my business timely and to my satisfaction.. after both visits I give 3 stars for average.. Aroura was your redemption.7.11.23 TuesDazed n confused. Really poor service . Explanation has my head spinning.. I want out.. cannot deal with a company that charges customers who go to neighborhood store or customer service phone number and charge for payment service. Would expect that's what they are there for . I HAVE OVER 2 MILLION VIEWS ON MAPS POSTS. AND RARELY GIVE BAD REVIEWS EXCEPT WHERE WARRANTED. I EXPECT MANAGEMENT TO REBUT OR SUGAR COAT. CORPORATE IS WELCOME TO CONTACT ME . MY NEXT ACTION IS TO BUY OUT MY CONTRACT AND SWITCH CARRIERS.. ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW "BEWARE OF T-MOBILE PRACTICES" I actually made a long story short.. SO SORRY I INVESTED MY TIME N MONEY WITH T-MOBILE.

Brianna's customer service was outstanding! She went above and beyond to help me. I am a travel nurse and I lost my phone. I couldn't access my debit card and I got locked out of my email.I was low on gas and couldn't even get home. It was a nightmare. I couldn't make all this up if I tried. She patiently and kindly helped me through using Apple products which was painful to me and probably more painful to her to teach me lol. She did though with great patience. I'm an Android user. She helped me get ahold of my daughter who came to bring me money so I could get another phone and gas. An hour later my life was back to normal. She is a kind soul and has the right stuff when it comes to customer care. I'm a long time T Mobile customer and I live 60 miles away from South Bend. They will have my business. Quality customer care goes a long way in my book. Well done Brianna! ?

We are new to T-Mobile coming from forever with the "big red guy$" and my wife's recent stint with "ma Bell". We already had our new phones, purchased elsewhere and unlocked. Making the jump, I anticipated might have issues and I was right. However, the crew here at this store have been friendly and extremely helpful as we resolved issues with our Google and Apple phones. T mobile as a carrier, jury is still out, but local personnel at their corporate stores have been great to work with.

DO NOT GO HERE! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LOCATION IN THE AREA! THEY WILL JUST PRETEND TO BE BUSY AND THEN SEND YOU TO GRAPE ROAD BECAUSE THEY CAN'T SEEM TO HANDLE A WARRANTY EXCHANGE! POOR TRAINING AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY BREE WHO IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY!
