We were lied to when we switched to TMobile at the 933 store in South Bend. We were told that we would get a free phone as a new customer. I the later we are now being told we needed a trade in for that deal. Very unethical.

I have been so impressed by the employees at this T-Mobile. I have had repeated issues with my phone over the past few months, and, every time I go in there, they diligently and efficiently work through the issue until they find the resolution. They clearly have expert-level knowledge and also a helpful, friendly attitude....A wonderful combination.

terrible customer service the workers have no idea what they are doing and barely try and help lost money because they were to lazy to do their jobs. On top of that the owner of the store will leave a msg on your review with an email to reach him/her at making it seem like they’re concerned and willing to help but really it’s just a front. I msgd the owner at the email I was given and no reply til this day, my lost though right? Terrible business

Rushed to this store to find locked doors. They already adjusted their closing time from 8pm to 6pm. Why not just make it 5:30 if your not going to stay open untill 6pm!

Took time to help with a problem I had in understanding the new phone. Also helped solve a billing problem with a change in a credit card. 2 young men and very knowledgeable and patient with a couple of seniors!

While their hours right now aren't very helpful (11-6), I was assisted in a timely and friendly manner. Employee was very helpful. Didn't leave with a phone as they were out of stock at the time.
