Locked my keys in the car because I was in the middle of an emergency with my dog. My insurance company set up roadside assistance with Superior. It’s always a toss up when this happens and I was pleasantly surprised. Arrived in less than a hour from when I called my insurance. Driver called me on arrival, worked fast, and was polite. My car didn’t make it easy on him but he didn’t seem irritated. I didn’t catch his name but because of his quick, professional work, I would used Superior again willingly. 10/10 recommend.Service: Car lockouts

I called Steven at Supior Towing and recovery at 530 this morning because I got into a accident rolled my cargo trailer over in Elkhart on state rd 19 and the bypass do to ice on the bridge and someone cutting me off I called him he was there In 20 minutes and got my trailer back up write with no problems very professional and helped me hook it back up to my truck and then he was able to tow another driver that wrecked right behind me do to the ice on the bridge I highly recommend Supior Towing recovery to everyone these are photos of my trailer this shows that there Is minimal damage because of how much care he took to roll my trailer back up write again thank you very much from us at Big-Boy-Creations llc

Last night I was stranded at my job late last night at a school in south bend. My Onstar connected me with this superior toy truly one of the best toy companies in all of South Bend. Trust me they will come out and will help you whether it’s a tow a jump or whatever very professional very nice very kind, tell you what to do and what not to do how to stay safe and careful I will give them 100 star rating definitely superior towing is the best company in South Bend. If you need any towing battery service and more they really help me out when I was in a bind , I think the manager because he went above and beyond. I hope he sees this message. Absolutely amazed with this company! They are family owned and operated, and treat you as if you are family!!!!! Very kind and courteous I called and within 15 minutes the owner and his wife where there to load my vehicle and his wife ****** helped me put my kids car seats in her car so we had a way to get home and she was sooo great with my kids!! When we got to my house she helped me unload kids and car seats and the owner (driver) unloaded the my car off the tow truck perfectly in my drive way! Very very professional and would recommend them to ANYONE!!!!

The radiator on my 763k Duramax pickup gave up and I pushed the OnStar button for assistance. They contacted Superior and truck showed up within the hour, especially good considering the time of day (5:30 pm). Right away I felt comfortable with how the responder handled the situation and questions they asked, ensuring our safety was top priority. One hopes you never need a towing and recovery service, but when I did, Superior really came through for me.

I unfortunately had to have my 1991 Miller Meteor Hearse towed this evening, after dropping one of my driveshafts. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very polite and the driver was on scene within the hour. And I’d have to say that the way the driver handled my Coach with TLC without me even having to say a word to him, speaks volumes for this company. If I could give this towing service over 5 stars I would!!!! I was in a dire situation last night in the pouring rain with my children. I had a blow out on the bi pass where there is construction and down to one lane. I had zero success calling 5 other tow companies all for them to not care about my situation and say it'll be hours before they could get to me. I finally found Superior Towing and gave them a desperate call. When. I spoke to the women she initially told me it'd be about an hour but once I explained I was on the bi pass with my children she took it upon herself to say she'd personally come get me and my kids and take us home and get someone out there to tow it asap! I can't express enough how grateful and blessed I was to have called them and them go out of their way to help me and my kids in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are ever in a situation where you need help. Great people and great service!Service: Car towing

Let me tell you, these guys are the absolute best drivers I've ever witnessed. I have an 11,000lb ambulance that these guys went the extra mile to pull out of a perilous position and drop on a trailer while the ambulance was stuck in park. I didn't think it was possible, but they did it. I would recommend them first among any tow service in the Michiana area bar none. I won't go into the price, but they didn't charge me what the could have for it and I'll be eternally grateful.
