I went to get gas today and Went through all the hassle of credit card approval only to find that the nozzle was trickling fuel. It took five minutes to get three dollars in gas. So of course, I'm annoyed by this and decide that it is more time efficient to go right across the street to Pilot. As I drive past the neighboring pump, I can see that the other pump is also moving very slowly which indicates that again the fuel is just trickling out of the nozzle. Get new pumps Speedway

Refused to scan my speedway rewards card because I used mudflap discount app to pay my 550$ fuel charge for semi truck. Told since I’m already getting discount we won’t accept speedway card! My previous multiple fill ups in other speedway’s gladly accepted. Please be aware. With the current labor shortage this location is stuck with scam artists. I will be happy to spend my 10000$ monthly fuel bill at competitors such as Casey’s, Kwik Trip and small local mom and pop stops.

This is based on my most recent visit (11/20/23)Stopped in before work and when I was ready to checkout, most of the employees were just goofing off behind the counter. One of them happened to notice me and started to ring me up. I was pulling out my Speedy card and that's when either the store manger or something as well as the guy ringing me up started goofing off again and the guy walked away while still goofing around and never completed the sale. Someone else had to step in for him and complete it. This was the worst experience I've had here and probably won't be back for awhile. If you don't care about working, then don't work. I wish I had the employees names because they should be written up.

Don't stop here And employee told my husband that the bathrooms was closed permanently to the public because people come in and trash them So I talked to manager and told him what was said he said we have to clean them but they wasn't cleaning them , I said well maybe you should close one at a time for customers can still use them (explicitly elderly people) He said thanks for telling me how to do my job

Whole place needs a good cleaning. Their pumps are the slowest I’ve ever seen. They need to change the filters on there system so the pumps are faster.

Really friendly staff. Excellent service! Great place to stop and enjoy a hot dog or otherfinger foods. Stop in, refill your tank, and have a bite or grab some snacks. There is always coffee brewing, so pick a favorite flavor. Totally recommend this facility!

Women's bathroom completely out of toilet paper. When I informed the employee, they said there was no toilet paper in the entire store, so they couldn't replace it.
