I work overnight with not a lot of food options every time I come to this Speedway everything is stocked warm and ready to go Thanks to Noah better then the speedway a few blocks away

Just moved here from Wisconsin and I was just tickled pink finding a Speedway!! I am a rewards member and I accumulate a LOT, and love being able to get store gift cards with my points along with all the other freebies. I'm a lifer for sure!!

If it were possible to give less then 1 star, this place would be the first candidate! First off, with the exception of one or two the employees here are extremely rude and couldn't care less about their customers. Furthermore, the store is disgusting! The bathroom stink. The men's room is covered in vulgar graffiti, as is the women's according to my wife. Today I stopped in because I was in a hurry and didn't have time to go anywhere else. I was so disgusted I didn't even buy what I went in for! The shelves were FILTHY. But even worse, I could see the black mold through the glass doors in the coolers! Since that caught my eye I looked around and THERE WAS BLACK MOLD THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE REFRIGERATED SECTION. AND I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO OPEN THE DOORS TO SEE IT! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! IT'S NOT SAFE!

The young lady that work on Saturday night was rude and disrespectful. There was a few customers who paid for gas and couldn’t get it because of the pumps. The lady told them they will have to pay again and when asked about the money they already paid, she told them to get out the store. I never had a bad experience with Speedway until now. The sad part is the general manager had came in that night and she was unprofessional as well. She didn’t fix the situation but was mad because the young lady called her and said she quit. She don’t need to be a general manager and the young lady don’t need to be employed there.

this place has gone to hell, for months now you can't count on to have products ready! Nothing on the grilling rollers and hot items at various times of the day.

The manager was not helpful what so ever. She was rude and would not give me her name and she hung up the phone. She claimed I was arguing with her when I was trying to understand where our money went and why we had to call their customer service for help when it was their system that had an error. Our money was not returned to us nor were we given any gas. When I called the "corporate number" they explained what happened with the situation and told us it could be 10+ days until we see it again. Nobody investigated the poor customer service nor figured out a solution. Gas is extremely expensive now and for the company to be this careless of customers is absolutely ridiculous. I have ran two of my own stores before and I have never seen that bad of customer support. There should not be a manger running a store that can not take the time to handle customer complaints/concerns. We showed her the money was pulled from their company (proof). She still said there is nothing she can do and when I called she hung up when I still had questions. Extremely unprofessional. This manager was the MOD at 1:40pm on 07/20/2022. I hope someone in the company takes this serious after reviewing.
