They commit to their services with a love of electronics to make sure their customers receive the best treatment in the area. Such kind souls! I would recommend them any day of the week. They have both cleaned my keyboard and fixed my audio jack on my desktop computer (which involved rewiring the audio input jack). Much appreciation and love!

Perfect place to go for anything computer, tech, or IT related. They can seemingly do it all with great service and communication that is not often found anymore. You converse with the owner and not some call center, and they genuinely care.

Zack quickly diagnosed the issue with my wife's laptop. Cost of repair was much less than I was expecting for the work he performed. Very happy with his services. Laptop runs much faster than it ever has. I will not hesitate to use his services in the future.

I highly recommend Skytek for your computer needs. I called Zack in the morning to get by laptop battery replaced and he was courteous, professional, and said I can come in that day and he would do it while I waited. Another company told me I had to leave my laptop with them for several days or pay a very high expediting fee to do it while I was there. I had purchased the battery myself but the screws on the laptop didn't want to come out for me. Zack changed the battery, provided advice on some other electronic questions I had, and I was on my way. Fantastic service, nice office, and good people.

I came here for some issues with my phone and watch connecting. They helped me out so quickly with compassion and patience. The building was very clean and organized. I’ll definitely be back for my future computer needs. It’s nice to know there’s a small business in town now that isn’t another monopoly. They care about helping people and that’s what’s missing in the big box stores.

These guys are wonderful. They diagnosed the issue with my laptop for free. Ordered what was needed. 3 days downtime only due to delivery of part...it was over weekend! They are prompt professional and super nice. So happy to see them on the Southside. Extremely convenient. Very happy that are NOT on Grape Road!

Five star service by far! The business was modern, clean, and welcoming. The workers were extremely helpful .. I appreciate their patience and explaining what needed repaired on my computer. Most importantly, my computer was fixed same day and for far less than I anticipated.
