“The staff member who helped me at this store was great. I showed up with an Amazon return that was too big for the box because I didn't fully disassemble it. The worker was so awesome and helped me take it apart and get it into the box so I could return it.”

“Normally I don’t do these reviews, but I was very pleased with my experience with Estes. My driveway is very steep and I expected my delivery to be at the bottom where most would leave it. Instead the Estes driver put the package at the top of my driveway in between the front of my truck and garage door. Not only did this make sure my delivery was hidden from a potential porch pirate but also made it so convenient for me to move the almost 400 lb item with my wife’s help. Thanks again for the courtesy.”
