I did not enjoy my experience here. Though Ray was professional, i.e., he wasn't lazy or exceptionally rude rude, he just seemed uninterested in a customer-service oriented approach, making me feel like I was bothering him.. There were three or four times where I almost walked out of the store, but I'd spent weeks deciding on a paint color from one of their lines. He seemed a bit impatient when I didn't grasp the paint finishes, i.e., the differences between matte, flat, etc. Newsflash: I don't work in paint or I wouldn't have had questions.
