Last time I bought DVDs there, one did not work and the other only worked on the computer. If you try to return them after 30 days with the receipt they won't replace them. They need to work on quality control or have a more flexible return policy, because may of the DVDs are defective.

I came into the store for the first time and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile! Cadence helped me find what I was looking for. I highly recommend this location and ask for cadence if you need help with anything she is the best! I will definitely be coming back

Went there and was expecting some fun and instead got a girl with black hair and glasses who was mean and yelled at us for not knowing what was going on even tho it was our first time and threatened to kick us out for it. 2 stars because I hope to come back and have a better time with a different employee

Not sure about hours. I travel from MI to go, and they close earlier than website says. I call and ask how late they are open till, and they close 2 hours sooner than I was told. Nothing posted on door either. Hit or miss if your going later.

They've helped me find stuff in the past, but I went here tonight after a 45 minute drive to get here half an hour before closing and no one was here. Felt disappointed that I wasted gas and time only to find an early closed store

Friendly staff. Informative, helpful. If you don't know exactly what you're looking for, they will find the absolute perfect thing that you were looking for, and they do it without being pushy or forceful. Very polite, very clean well put together store. This is the one adult store that it seems goes the extra mile to make sure all customers are comfortable and feel at ease. They seem almost to have been trained on exactly how to treat every customer as if they're an old friend. Will definitely be back!

Lisa and Shay were both great. Both of them are super friendly. While I was in here making my own purchases I watched Lisa a lot of her way to walk all over the store with another set of customers to make sure they got exactly what they came for. As they checked out laughs and jokes were exchanged. This place seems to operate like everybody here that comes and goes is one big series of old friends. The most comfortable adult store I've been in in a very long time.

15 dollars and they can’t even have Walmart level a/c. Definitely NOT worth the drive or the fee.
