Excellent service! Visiting from out of town and Alex (store manager), Nikloas, and Jayne were friendly and very helpful. They answered questions and were a joy to talk to. They even called another store to check on an item for us. Would definitely visit again when I'm in town.

Store is very nice. The two women working went out of their way to help me and called the other store to see if they had the size I needed.I will definitely shop there again. Great products and excellent customer service.

Upon entering the store I was greeted with a friendly hello. I went in looking for a specific shirt so I asked the employee if they could point me to where I would find it. The employee took me directly to the rack & removed the shirt & size for me to look over. I call that great customer service!

This has been my first and last experience with Rally House. It has taken a month and a half to get an item returned.It started with an order where the security tags were still on my products when I got them. I tried reaching customer support and it said to send an email it would be faster. I sent an email with my receipt attached to the email. Explained what happened and sent the email. Four days later I got a we are sorry and can you please send a picture of the security tags.I sent the email and four days later I get an email saying can you confirm the email address and home address for shipping. On the email account I was sending this info from.I confirmed the info and got an email four days later that the would send me a shipping label. Two weeks went by and no shipping label.Then when everything was done and I got the shipping label for the two shirts...I got one back. Now I have to wait again for the second shirt.This was completely preventable. Quality control should make sure tags are off. When you call customer service it asks if security tags were still on the items. It's that big of a problem. How can a company stay in business with these kinds of mistakes over and over? What a mess.There are other places to get these kinds of products. I would recommend finding another other than Rally House

Not enough praise for the integrity, helpfulness, and kindness for the employees of this store. Thank you thank you Alex and staff for finding the lost hat and refunding the money. My granddaughter will be thrilled when she receives her new correct size hat.

Holly & the team are amazing. They are always so helpful when I go in, & they always have what I need. I especially love Holly because , while I’m a Notre Dame fan & she’s a Michigan fan, we have fun bantering back & forth with each other.

A fun place to shop, the staff is very helpful and you can tell that they put a lot of work into the store presentation. It’s the only place in town I can find wolverines gear. So I will definitely be back!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.When my merchandise arrived, it looked like it was removed from the warehouse dumpster.Followed the online instructions to get an exchange, then learn that they gave me a credit less a $7.99 return shipment fee.When I called customer service, they informed me I needed to call first and re-order. Needless to say, not making any more purchases.

I love stopping in Rally House! I have purchased some great apparel for my IU Hoosiers and super fun Cubs merchandise. I found the perfect Christmas gift for my 88-year-old father who has everything, but is an avid IU fan and alum. The store associates are friendly and helpful. Such a wonderful addition to this shopping plaza.
