Used the self-service wash bays. The car wash was out of:
1. Soap for the foaming brush.
2. Tri gloss
3. Spot free rinse
4. Bugoff

It was dirty none of the vacuuming worked and it didn't have all the chemicals/additives in the car washing stations.

Avoid this place at all costs. First off, literally half of the bays are coned off for not working I'm assuming based on my experience. The first bay I went to the pre-soak, the spot free rinse, and the foam brush didn't work. Went to another bay after using all the options that were working at the first bay and it was credit card only, which is fine if the card machine actually worked. Went to a third bay to try so I could use the spot-free rinse, but again the pre-soak and spot free rinse did not work. Went to a fourth bay and the same thing. So after using all of my cash and quarters my car was just stuck with the clear coat that couldn't rinse off. Trash everywhere here, everything looks like it's falling apart, just a complete dump.

Terrible- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. None of the options listed in the wash are available except for pre soak/rinse and the water pressure sucks and doesn’t rinse anything off. Nobody is there to answer and give you your money back.

I went to clean the mud off of my car, and nothing was working. The change machine was out of order, the sprayer wouldn't turn on, and the foam never dispensed. The vaccuums didn't have hoses either. Avoid it here if you dont want to waste money!!

Drove 15 minutes to come wash my jeep, I prefer the self wash stations. Their coin machine was down and their credit card swipe machine was down as well. Staff was friendly about telling it how they expected to be up again in a day or so.

Self wash was horrible. Low pressure water, no soap because it only squirted out at the ceiling, dirty needle laying by the money dispenser and screws and nails every where. Will never go back. It use to be a nice place. Should have looked better before I wasted my money.

I've frequented this car wash for over ten years, and with each passing year the quality of the washes has gone downhill; from a lack of during necessary maintenance to keep all elements of the system in operation and performing a functional cleaning. It would be appreciated by the customer if more attention was given to equipment maintenance, so I don't have to use a towel to finish washing my vehicle.

After you put in your $3, and go to add more, it shouldn't start the countdown til your done adding quarters. Also have the options didn't work

This has to be the worst car wash I have ever been to. I put my $2.50 in quarters in halfway through, I look over at it to see how much time I had left and it just stops and then comes right back on. I was using the foam brush and no foam was coming out so pretty much I was just scrubbing around the soap I had just sprayed on there with the spray nozzle. I was in the Middle of rinsing off the soap and it just shut off with no beep. There was an attendant on duty who looked like kat williams he could care less. So I had to go put 3 more dollars in the change machine to finish rinsing off my truck and yet. It did a terrible job and it didn't have the Spot free rinse option either. So now my truck looks just as dirty as it did when I got there but I spent 8 bucks to do nothing. Update I went in today 9/5/23 hoping that I would have a better experience, sadly I was mistaken. The spray wand works fine, switch to the foam brush, it's working really well, super pink foam and lots of it. Then I notice the hose is leaking foam juice, then I look down, and it is all over me. Down my shirt , down my shorts, all down my legs and into my shoes. I figure it's just soap it should come off. NOPE it has stained my leg. I had to scrub my hands with a stainless steel pot scrubber to get it off my hands and they are still a little pink. Also the soap is not soap ot smells like an industrial cleaner. All the soaps do.i talked to a different attendent and he said that dawn dish soap should take off the soap that is staining my body and he was unsure if it will come out of my clothes and didnt offer a refund or anything. Hopefully the pink stains will come out of my clothing. Well after today I will never come back to this place. The one on edison road is way better. It's like 2 different people own these places. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
