Careful Buying any Optima Battery from Any ORiley's. The warranty is flawed they won't exchange it if their tests are ok sitting inside a heated building, this test is inherently flawed, my vehicle is in an unheated garage, if it fails inside my garage it would be worse outside a garage. I purchased a replacement for a 6 year old Optima Red top from ORiley's, the new battery failed in a few weeks, they refused to warranty it because it tested ok, the tests don't simulate cold weather, the battery loses its charge when it's below 30f after a few days. I have an unreturnable $300 battery sitting in my garage I can't rely on. The Interstate I purchased from Costco to replace the defective Optima has been working great for 6 months now even though the worst of the winter in my garage.. I am left with a $300 paperweight. This is the store I purchased it from before moving to the UP. I tried to exchange it at another Store that gave me a hard time even though it was only a few weeks old. The 2 stores did talk over the phone but I was only offered a refund if I drove 600 miles back to this store to return it. Not an acceptable answer.

Reggienal, who works at this amazing store was the incredibly helpful! Not only did he help me figure out what bulbs I needed for my headlights but he replaced them for me! I was so relieved to have this kind of service. His store team was very supportive to him as we figured out what I actually needed. Thank you to South Bend highway 933 O’Riley!

Needed a new car battery in sub-zero temperature had it installed in a few minutes with no issues. Good customer service in not the easiest of weather conditions.

First time here and Stephanie was SUPER helpful, she took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel better equipped to maintain/service my vehicle. She didn't make me feel less than or take advantage which I really appreciate. Thanks again, you rock!

They go above and beyond for there customers , they don't argue with the customers if they have a sign in there store that states, if you pay by Debit card, or a check, or cash you will receive cash back if you need to return a item. But not any other Auto store. O'Reilly they care about there customers bc the customers are the ones that bring the store money and there services are the best. I recommend O'REILLY'S for all your automotive services.Did a AWESOME JOB at the 933 N. Store in South Bend Indiana

Good place ?Except ...I like to shop local ..but yesterday went in 3 employees 2 customers + me waited 20 min to purchase an item .. after that I walked out ..I understand need to talk to customer / friends ..but I wanted to purchase ..20 min at check out it me limit ..Hope next time better ..for now I'll order on line ..

I just went to o' Reilly's to get new cables for my truck and without buying some STEPHANIE the manager was super sweet and kind and helped me and she defently knew what she was doing. That was the best customer experience I've ever had. Thanks Stephanie I will be back for more help in the future.

I love going here I always get the best advice and the best value for my money. The staff is absolutely amazing and the most helpful of any I've ever experienced. As a single woman it's nice that I can stop in there and be served by a beautiful female manager that goes above and beyond!! If you're a single woman this is your place!!!
