I got my car stuck. I had called another tow and it would have been an hour and a half to get to me. I called Oliver's and not only did they arrive in 20 minutes with the nicest gentlemen, they had me on the road after inspecting my vehicle to be sure it was safe in another 20 minutes! Use Oliver's for polite, safe and fast service!!!Service: Special vehicle towing

The owner of this place is very rude !!!! He gave us an estimated wait time of 20-25 mins initially. We called him back again because the driver still had not arrived, and again once more because the driver still had not arrived. We waited over an hr total after we were initially given a time frame of 20-25 mins. He also was rude and proceeded to tell us when we called to get his ETA that “if we didn’t like his service, then we could call someone else”. He wasn’t polite, he was very disrespectful and all because we were calling to get an ETA, since his initial estimate was completely false. I also asked for his name and he proceeded to tell me that I didn’t need to know his name because he was the owner. The driver who towed the vehicle was very professional, and kind, and went out of his way to make sure that the car was towed. Overall however, I would still say to steer clear of this business. The owner doesn’t care at all about respecting his clientele and he is extremely unprofessional.Service: Long distance hauling

Car needed jump started, called the dispatcher he said 10-15 minutes for a service truck to arrive. My car battery was completely dead service truck operator didn’t quit until my car was running.

They had to come back a second time due to unusual circumstances. But they were polite, knowledgeable , and excellent in every way. I will use them again if the need arises. I recommend this business! In there were also very reasonably priced!Service: Special vehicle towing

My free roadside assistance contacted Olivers to fix my flat tire. Long story - shortened... after waiting more than 2 hrs and multiple calls I was informed my insurance company was denying payment. I later found this out to be false! Olivers resolution was for me to pay $75 for them to come out and change it, then get "reimbursed from my insurance". I did not fall for this - ended up changing my own tire. NOW I am seeing the advertised rate on here to change a tire is actually $50Something is wrong with this company

The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. Stay away from businesses that don't respect their customers. I will never do business with them again! On the other hand, the driver was understanding of the situation.
