This is a fairly new Motel 6 and is one of the nicest Motel 6 I've ever been in. It's spotlessly clean and the rooms are right in line with some 3 or 4 star hotels. The person who checked us in was friendly and professional, our room was spacious, was very nicely decorated plus included a wide screen TV and refrigerator (which comes in very handy since we booked for 2 weeks). The staff is really nice, and I would like to mention Carla specifically. She's the housekeeper and does an amazing job. Whenever I run into her (usually while I'm getting coffee) she always smiles and says "Good morning". They have fresh coffee every morning, it tastes great, and the staff won't look at you weird if you want a second cup. The hotel comes at a very low price, and is within walking distance to stores and just about anything you could want to eat. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

If i could give zero stars i would. This place was the worst motel i have ever stayed at. The cleaning lady hurt my dog by kicking her because she was scared of dogs. I had no blankets and when i went downstairs to get one they said they didn’t have any in stock for me to use. I then told the shower was not working and wanted to see they could fix it. I came back that night and my door was wide open with all my personal belongings still in the room and the staff moved my stuff around the room which is completely unacceptable. When I was expressing my concerns the front desk told me to call the police and said it’s not their responsibility and they didn’t care. I checked out that night and I booked for 3 nights. Zero stars. Will be filing a report as well.

The manager was very rude and very unprofessional. So we canceled and they still tried to charge us for the room, excuse was there was a Notre dame game today. And If I could. I would not give them one star but I have to give them one. Worst hotel I have ever been to in my life.

This is the cleanest pet friendly place we have stayed. Love the hard wood floors, and it smelled like pinesol. The staff was friendly as well.

Location is the only good thing about this nasty hotel. Food in fridge. Dirty lingerie on the floor. Rude employee. Charged for 2 more days than stay. Do not recommend at all!!

I traveled in for the ND-USC game and this was probably the worst hotel experience I have had - the woman checking me in was an ultra-bxxch and was so nasty in attitude. I get to my room and there is no shampoo, conditioner or hair dryer. I go to the front desk, tell her none of those items were in the room and she proceeds to tell me that the toiletries are not free and charges me $4.00 for them (I was stuck). Oh, and upon check-in, my bill was $581 more than it should have been (lucky I had proof of reservation), but she was obstinate and I had to get a mgr involved. Run, do not walk away from this flea bag - oh, did I mention, there were no closets in the room - you hung your clothes behind the television. On a big game weekend, watch your wallet as they are professionals in “gamesmanship”. Never again.Noteworthy details: Three months ago I booked my three nights for the game. A couple of weeks prior to my reservation, I needed to cancel the Thursday night ($79) but keep the Friday and Saturday reservations (approximately $265 ea). They said if I canceled Thursday, that would automatically cancel my whole reservation and the new price for Fri and Sat would be $1,100 ea (no joke). I said that is ridiculous but I’ll pay for all three nights but can’t check in until Friday. They said the price would change to $1,100 a night even though I was paying the complete amount on the original reservation. I ended up coming in Thursday to keep the original prices, but as I wrote in an earlier review, they tried to cheat me anyway. Oh, and they billed the entire amount to my credit card prior to checking in - never had to show a card or ID, their money was already in the register. Run for the hills.

Very Friendly Staff. But no one answers the phone in the lobby. Some things in the room like the tub draining to slow and a noisy AC could be improved but for the price you get what you pay for.Safety: Located In a good neighborhoodWalkability: Alot of places to eat walking distance from Motel 6

Showed up to check in the man at the register was on his phone on a personal call. Once finished he called for another person to assist in checking me in. I asked about the on-site laundry only taking quarters and if they would exchange some bills for quarters they advised they would not. They said to place the bills into the vending machines and get change that way. I asked if the laundry machines took small change along with quarters or only quarters they said they took it. I got some bills exchanged and tried to do laundry only to find the machine only accepted quarters. I resolved this by going next door to get change from another establishment. Later we were thirsty and wanted a drink from the vending machine, it took our money and did not dispense our drink. I let the staff know and they wouldn’t offer a solution.We needed more towel later but there was no one in the front desk, 3 people there and no one was around. Our towels and bedding were stained.The person who did not disappoint was the gentleman who checked us out at 4 am.

I don't feel I'm above or better than any other person.But the class of people staying in this hotel was really low.Sitting outside smoking dope and drinking beer, by their pick ups and car's.Come on!!!Slamming doors at all hours, no respect for others. Certain rooms had the tv so loud. You could hear it once you got off the elevator. Only here for 4 nights, that was way too long. Nothing the hotel can do ,can't screen the people. Will not be back. I'll stick with the Hampton.Small rooms. This is my first time at a motel 6. And the last. Because of the class of people staying here.Staff was helpful and very friendly. no complaints on staff.

It's what you would expect from a decent Motel 6. One pillow had makeup stains, oh well I just used the other one. My room was practically in the lobby, so what I paid $80. The bath towels were practically see-through, at least there was hot water. There was a bed, AC, a nice shower, and my dog stayed for free. I was satisfied!

I stayed there on a Saturday night for about $85 (compared to the next cheapest room in the area at $130). I have zero complaints. The room was small but had everything I needed. The hotel was clean and in good repair. I'll be happy to save a few bucks and stay there again.
