The manager of this location needs to find another profession. She belittles, berates , and offends customers. I asked if TCU who changed to Everwise, issues were resolved. The manager began over talking me and make untrue statements. In the ten plus years with Metro I have never experienced anything like this. Fire this woman before she runs all of your customers away.

Was just in there to get a new phone. The woman attending to the store clearly had no idea about any of the phones. She didn't give any in depth details on them, didn't offer me any other services, deals, packages, nothing. It just was clearly trying to make a sale. Not personable at all or knowledgeable at all.

Business hours state they open at 10AM on Saturdays, and its currently 10AM on a Saturday and no one is here and the doors are locked and lights off. Real professional.

Din't ever use metro by T mobile. Theyvtried to hijack a phone I ownedvout right. Had to go round and round.... Still fighting for property I owned prior to going there.

I went to get my phone fixed last week they told me I was due for an upgrade the 22 so I. Went in the phone did not come with charger case protection and service cost 225 so when she looked at phone said the company up dated their app which caused the problems withy phone . I told them no thanks I'll never go back and took my old phone . Hell of a company. Ok

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! Not only do the sales associates omit the facts in an effort to gain your business, they also refuse to help rectify the situation when you have no service!
