I don't have any problems with Metro, just this location. The store manager Rudy is very disrespectful and doesn't seem to care about the customers. I left this location in tears after the way I was spoken to.

Already a customer , came back to same store looking for a good deal because I love my phone service and Stacey was great, very helpful ! Got a tablet I can hook up to a keyboard, much easier for school m! Thank you Metro !

If I could give negative stars I would. I went into the store and talked to Rudy, whom was extremely rude. He spoke to me in a very non-professional discriminatory manner. I was interested and purchasing a new phone and lowering my monthly plan and he replied he would like to ride a magic unicorn. Well I told him I was on a fixed income and that I needed to try to keep my bill down he said oh I hear that all the time and he just was not trying to work with me in any way whatsoever he didn't even offer me auto pay to lower my monthly bill. If it weren't for another employee that helped me out I would not even be with Metro any longer this man had me so upset I went home so distraught that I was calling around other phone carriers and thinking about transferring my service to another company that appreciated me as a customer as I am a long time customer with MetroPCS for 8 years now. If you have to go to a Metro store please do not go to the one on ironwood road in South Bend Indiana you will not want to deal with this man Rudy he was named correctly because he is the rudest person I've ever dealt with in my life.

Zero stars. Already a customer for over six years with the Amazon Prime included. Go into this location to get a new model phone as hotspot isn't functioning very well lately.Clueless sales person cancels my Prime service as he signs up my number for a completely different service package.Romeo can't care less.Four calls to tech support. Each time they say they fixed it. Maybe it is finally fixed a month later.New phone hotspot is just as poor quality

I had a great experience here! The mobile tech here at this location (Dakota), he was professional, very friendly & knowledgeable of the products he had to offer me. I will be returning to this location again, great service!

Customer service is normally friendly. My cell service was definitely better than Boost! Cell phones are typically reasonably priced but I don't like the fact that long term customers aren't offered the good deals for continued loyalty like other companies. Win some, lose some.

I recently went to the store located on mishawaka ave and ironwood. Romeo the manager could not have been less helpful. I previously spoke to him about not being able to use my phone while at home. He said the towers were updating. Ok, I understand that these things need to be done, but i went for 3 weeks without a phone at home. I was never offered a credit. Fast forward to a week ago, ever since I got my phone( revel4+) I have had issues with it glitching out and people im talking to can't hear the last few words of my sentence. I was tired of it, went to the store and was offered a warranty phone. Waited over a week only for the "new" phone to be even worse than the first one. I told the "manager" that I didnt want that phone anymore and felt I should be offered another phone of equal value at no charge. He told me the only way I was going to get a new phone was to pay for an upgrade. Um no. He told me I was the only person having these issues. My mom has the same phone and same problems. He then said it must be the tower. Again, no. My mom and I live in 2 different cities. I said if something isnt done I would find new service. He then said sounds great go ahead. I left and went to another carrier. Im not one to write negative reviews but this experience irritated me so bad I had to say something.

the gentleman who took care of me today gave me the best service out of all the MetroPCS PCS stores that I've been to in Indiana I want to say to whoever own the store I wish the other stores in Indiana are the same as your storeI give the store 10 plus
