Was there with my parents n the lady there was really really rude n dispentful didnt try to help with my mom with her phone just messed with her sim card slot...n was gonna get a phone there but i rather go to a different metro that would really help n nicer n respecful.

If I could leave zero I absolutely would, a guy named Jesse was very rude and disrespectful telling me I couldn't pay for my phone which I clearly do every single month and then decided to put his hands on me and kick me out of the store cussing at me. The worst customer service ever and I pray for you that whatever you're going through Mr Jesse You get it figured out and I hope you lose your job because of this You put your hands on me in front of my kids and cussing in front of my kids You need help brother You really do I'm going to pray for you. On Thursday August 3rd I got a phone call from corporate. Thank you very much for your efforts in handling this.

Came here to meet with customers needing to activate a device I was selling them. They waited 10 minutes before me. Waiting outside in the rain, I waited for 20 minutes myself and only the security officer was there. Absolutely unacceptable. Will be reaching out to the local Tmobile Rep that governs over that store and making sure something is done.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ! I have unlimited data and when I am out of wifi, every app will just keep loading and loading..sometimes its 30 mins before I am able to listen to A SONG on youtube..... its patheticAVOID

I personally think the service is awful. Too many dropped calls. I switched to Straight Talk, and don't get dropped calls or "No Service". Too many issues.
