Called to get a phone upgrade when i asked if i can get the phone and sim card and activate it at home and store employee Mia asked are you trying to avoid the activation fee and i said yes she said "we dont do that" which is a lie, according to metro policy. Then she hung up on me. Rude and no knowledge of the metro policies. Will be going to a different store.

Horrible, HORRIBLE service! I have an unlimited data plan ($50/a month)....when I am out of wifi, it will take this trash phone service, 20 to 30 mins to load and load, over and over before I am able to use an app like YouTube....PATHETIC !!!!!

This place is soooo nice. The employees are super kind and very helpful. That William guys definitely knows his stuff. Convinced me that MetroPCS was WAAAAAY better than my horrible Boost Mobile. Walked away satisfied for sure! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

Very nice staff, however my phone has terrible service. I'm always losing phone calls, don't have service in rural areas, have static on my line, and calls not coming through. Never had these problems with Sprint or Boost.

Usually I have no problems when I come in to any MetroPCS, but the service was not satisfactory. I come in explaining a problem I had and the lady only told us that she is sorry and to have a good day. She offered no options that I could take and wouldn't give me any when I asked, just told me to have a good day. Disappointed that this one MetroPCS was of no help and had bad customer service.
