Here it is going on 9 months and they still ain't got the card payment fixed they keep telling me it's my card and it's not it's their issue and just last month they finally said it was on their side and it would be fixed within a month and here it is a month later I'm still having an issue and it's taking them every time over a half hour to an hour to answer my call and to get this so-called thing they want to try to fix not fixed I'm so ready to go to somebody else they need to quit playing around fix the dang thing instead of let me go on and on it's annoying and they tell me to go to one of their stores to pay the phone bill is the store or them supposed to reimburse me and nobody's reimbursing me that five extra dollars it's just right. I'm getting so fed up with these agents that don't want to listen when you tell them that before you were told it was on their end at technical support that was having the issue not my bank people just need them to listen

Called to get a phone upgrade when i asked if i can get the phone and sim card and activate it at home and store employee Mia asked are you trying to avoid the activation fee and i said yes she said "we dont do that" which is a lie, according to metro policy. Then she hung up on me. Rude and no knowledge of the metro policies. Will be going to a different store.

Horrible, HORRIBLE service! I have an unlimited data plan ($50/a month)....when I am out of wifi, it will take this trash phone service, 20 to 30 mins to load and load, over and over before I am able to use an app like YouTube....PATHETIC !!!!!
