The employees of the pharmacy have got to be pocketing other people’s medications with how often prescriptions just “disappear” here instead of being filled. Do better. There’s another pharmacy down the road.

I should have read the reviews first. I chose this pharmacy because they are close to my house but I would rather drive across town than deal with this place again. I take 3 very common generic meds and twice now it's taken them 3 ir more days to fill because they didn't have them in stock. They sent a message yesterday that they are finally ready so I go in to pick up and they only have one of the three ready. Of course it's not the one I actually need the most...that one will be ready in another 30 minutes. Why not just text when they are ALL ready?? I work, I don't have time to make multiple trips to the pharmacy. And best believe they really don't care. When you ask why they look at you with a blank stare. No sense of customer service or urgency to get things done in a timely manner.

Fast, friendly and convenient. Cheaper than CVS.

Overall disappointed in this pharmacy and will be moving elsewhere. Drove across town to find out they randomly closed due to no staff?? Not sure why but they were closed during normal hours.

I had high hopes for an improved customer service experience compared to our usual pharmacy. Regrettably, this encounter didn't meet that expectation. I was there to pick up medication for my sick child, typically provided in a pre-filled box from the manufacturer. Despite no other customers being present, I was informed it would take an hour to fill. Upon my return, I approached the counter once more, still the sole customer. However, I was instructed to wait behind a sign for customer privacy—despite being the only person there.

Absolutely worst pharmacy ever, reviews do not lie, please avoid this location. Unfortunately for me I have a prescription I have to keep refilling with them so I have no other choice but to continue. They have absolutely no customer service skills. The most rude people I have came across. Besides the fact that they leave you on hold for more than 10minutes, once they answer they have an attitude.

I don’t often write reviews but people need to know to avoid this pharmacy. When checking out (inside, not drive-through) the cashier refused to let me talk to the pharmacist and got hostile and confrontational. I couldn’t believe I was basically harassed by pharmacy staff when I asked to talk to the pharmacist about my medications.

If I could provide zero stars I would. The techs are rude and don’t seem very competent. Avoid this pharmacy if at all possible. I have had two atrocious experiences here. That’s it for me.

The store manager wanted to Harass my partner about her service dog and asked why he services her and what disability’s she had and and was told service dogs don’t bark when one of his employees tried to pet our service dog with out permission and then was told we had to leave the store when we said we could provide proof that the dog was intact a service dog and this is the meijer on portage road in south bend we frequently go there and this has been the first time we have been harassed by any store manager or employee about our service dog

So my prescription was out of stock when I called on a Saturday, which any pharmacy is facing those issues. However, at 9:06am I called and said I would just pay outve pocket for the name brand and they said they get it in. Come around to 1pm, still haven’t heard anything so I just called to see, and they said it’s busy and just give them a bit more time. Then at 7pm I went in person, and they tell me it was never even put into the system, and that it should be ready in 20 minutes. So I wait in the parking lot to check at 7:50pm, just to be told they’re about to close, still working on it, and it would most likely be tomorrow morning. This has to be the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy which was continually compounded by one thing after another.

What is the point of a pharmacy, if the scripts are going to be out of stock? It’s me and 5 other members of my household that use meijer pharmacy, but lately literally all our scripts are out of stock. Doctor sent me in a script for an inhaler and they were out of stock. Don’t they think that those are important?! If they are out of stock, they should order more right away, not wait til a new script comes in! This is absolutely ridiculous! I know there is shortages n stuff, but come on! Yesterday my son needed a new med to help him sleep, they said out of stock, if your doctor sent in a script for your son to help sleep bcuz you’re not getting any sleep, wouldn’t you be upset too? I’m running on very little sleep. I did call n they did give me 2 pills, but that’s not the point. The point is, if a script becomes out of stock, order it before a new script from a doctor comes in. Now my sons doctor called in 2 scripts today, one for iron and one for vitamin d, and those are out of stock too! What is going on?!
