Asked for extra extra ranch I get to the window they only gave me two for two 6 piece kids meals! My kids will freak if I don’t have enough so I asked for more and they said I had to pay for two more ??? sad you have to charge people 25 cents each for some ranch. Yall need to get a life and quit playing with

This is how my fish sandwich came out of the box . Wait time 13 minutes , no free fries for Friday , app denied it . Told 2 employees , neither one offered them . Out of strawberry pie could have ordered 2 apple pies cheaper since I had purchased one as well , nothing offered or refunded . Not a satisfied customer ?

We sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes going back-and-forth with the person taking our order. I wanted to purchase two happy meal toys without the happy meals but they wouldn’t let me do that so I changed my order to get the happy meal toys and then all of a sudden the manager said that they would sell us a toy so we changed the order again. Then When we change the order and asked to buy a second toy, they wouldn’t let us do it, so we had to change it all over again. When we got up to the window, they forgot our apples and a fry. The fries were stale. So beyond frustrated with this visit along with countless others before that, I have not reviewed about.

Food is decent and would be great if they made and gave us the right food Everytime not just once in a while.

I don't know if their heat is off or what, but everything was freezing except the food. Toilet seat, bathroom sink water, hand dryer, and the lobby was barely warmer than the 35° it was outside. Posting so other drivers who rely on these stops for bathroom breaks are aware.

The people who work here are rotten. I could here then swearing at each other and using vulgar language. The food also was horrible and the place was not very clean. They need to shut down and start over here.

Worst experience ever. Management tried to ban my fiancée from the store for bringing a sandwich back in that was ice cold and the meat was old like old old. Fresh quarter meat doesn’t break in half when picked up old meat does. Then when talking to another manager about the first manager they came with an attitude and wouldn’t give any number to get ahold of their owners office to complaine. Said they couldn’t give a corporate number. Maybe McDonald’s doesn’t need to hire snowflakes who are offended at every situation and focus more on people who do their job. It isn’t hard at all. Also they had people walking out of the store because they refused to service front counter. Do better
