Had an absolutely spectacular experience w/ Jimmy Summerfield in the PRO department. I usually work in Indy, but was managing a deck job in Northern Indiana & used this Lowe's store for the first time. I have never had a home improvement store experience like this week working w/ Jimmy. I needed to buy lumber for an odd sized deck & wanted to optimize the number of 16' boards. Jimmy had me draw a picture of the desk w/ dimensions & email it to him. He worked up the supply list & then sent it out for PRO pricing which ended up netting us 30% off of my entire order.
Jimmy delayed his lunch to wait for my arrival so that he could meet me in person & handle any questions and checkout. He had all the supplies ready & waiting for us for pickup at the PRO entrance. He also helped load our truck for the few items we took home. And, he was able to have all of the deck boards delivered by 8am the next morning to the jobsite.
Jimmy was such an ambassador for Lowe's. He even told me to call him anytime for anything I need & he could service me even though he is 2.5 hours away from where I live.
Lowe's please do a good job to retain good talent like this....and Jimmy, if you ever go work for someone else, please find me, as I want to always work with you.

What good service! The customer service employee Alec treated me very well and was very patient. He surprised me that he spoke Spanish so fluently, even though he doesn't have Latin roots. I wish there were more employees like him.

We visited today to get some new gardening gloves and look at the clearance plants. The employees at this Lowe's are always helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to help. Unfortunately, the pricing on the clearance plants has increased, so I'll just buy on Facebook marketplace instead.

Brad in the home and garden department at Lowe's South Bend, IN was very kind, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and and all around great guy! Give him a "10"!
We took the survey, but there wasn't a place to acknowledge him as we thought there would be.

Helpful employee I dealt and was very knowledgeable on the part I was looking for for my power tool and where to find it online or at another store cause Lowe’s didn’t carry that item anymore

Not very many stones to take a look at, maybe due to it being winter still. We were trying to find some thinner flat almost like walking stones and couldn't find them.
