Kays Computer has been a godsend to me. They were able to clean my computer after someone hacked into it. They are so good and honest that I give them remote access to my computer when I have a problem. They're very affordable and always there for you when you have a problem. You cannot find a better and nicer couple to repair your computer. I would not think of going anywhere else.

Went here in 2020 to get help with my computer to work from home. The service was fast and good and cheap!! How often do you find that??? It was also nice to use a black owned business. I will definitely be using them again.

They installed WiFi on my desktop for me, it works great! Fast and friendly service, I definitely recommend them!!!

K's came through big time for me. I had a rather arcane problem on a Lenovo desk top. It turned out the power button assembly was flaky. In the end, Maurice put the guts of my old Lenovo into a different case and got everything (including the flaky on/off button) to work reliably. I'd use their services again any day.

I don't think that I could be more satisfied. They were able to resolve my computer problem, same day. That's not normal. My computer came back looking new and running like new; not to mention, my original problem was resolved. Highly, Highly recommend. Our secret, I think it's cost a little less than its competitors.

I'm not exactly sure what happened, but I took my PC in for a driver problem. Got it back and took it up to a custom PC shop because it was overheating bad, apparently he unplugged my water pump. 10/10 would not recommend, luckily didn't damage anything or I'd file a lawsuit.

Customer service wasn’t well they don’t explain anything to you beforehand just want you to fill out a sheet right away and they are way more costly compared to other repair shops . They also charge a huge fee just to diagnosis problem with computer..

So..... To the CHILD that posted all of the most ridiculous reviews all within 1 weekstime.. You have got to be kidding me. We charge accordingly to the problem youhave with your PC or laptop or tablet. There are many signs posted up in the frontof the repair shop about our Bench Fees. If we have to disassemble your laptop,of course we are going to charge you. And you were made aware of this charge.Please in the future check your facts before posting negative reviews, also settingyourself up for legal issues.

Nothing good about this place I usually don’t write reviews but this place has no pros and is just full of cons and I don’t want people to waste their time as I did .Now let me list everything wrong with this place 1.Trash service as soon as you come in they don’t even greet you they just hand you a slip of paper right away that’s for your contact information 2 .Very costly the prices here were just outright expensive even the Apple store was cheaper than these guys 3.Very slow work they charge you basically twice as much as the Apple store yet took way longer than to fix my iPad screen .Apple store fixed my screen in about a hour and a half these guys took days 4.Aren't honest they tried to up charge for things I didn’t want or need and they changed the original price .5.Lack of information they don’t really tell you anything nor ask anything .They just want to know what you want fixed but they didn’t go through how their pricing will change after they fixed my iPad , as they changed the original price we agreed on

Horrible service .They charge you 60$ just to look at your computer and just for them not to fix it .They don’t even mention there is a fee either .Many better locations that will actually be helpful .Even if you tell them what’s exactly you need fixed and what parts you need they say they need to look at it to see how much it will cost .Which is the scam because they don’t inform you that them looking at the Computer cost 60$ Such a unreasonable price .And after they looked at it they told me exactly what I had told them early needed to be replaced .So basically I just wasted 60$ for them to tell me what I already knew and to top it all off The price for them to replace the part almost costed more than my computer .
