Personally, I love this place !The staff is so friendly, and I get to do my banking with experienced people.My favorite person here is Judy. She used to be a teller when I was younger, but now she works at the second desk near the vault.If you do your banking in person like my family does you'll get to know the staff on a first name basis.Yes, we use the ATM and the drive up teller, but only on rare occasions.I'm taking off once star, though, because twice I've had issues with my personal banking with separate tellers each time after having made my deposits and my receipts being printed. They said money was missing, but on both occasions, I was made to feel as if I robbed them or the issue was on my behalf.Personally, I did not like that. I feel as if once I leave the premises, my banking is done, and especially if a receipt was printed.We have been banking with this brank for over 20 years for our business need and myself for around 10 years on my personal accounts, and it's only been 2022-2023 that these issues arose.

I honestly wish I could give this place less then one star. I called in and asked them to cancel two savings accounts that had no money at all and they reassured me that this wouldn't cancel my card and that if it did it would cause a big problem because everything is linked to my card. Well, two days later my card gets shut down and I had to call KeyBank and there was nothing they could do except get me a new card in 5-7 business days. So now I'm going to get my card and change banks. Key has been giving me a ton of problems recently and I've had it. Please choose another bank.

Lost $40 dollars in a atm when I cash directed $140. The over draft fees on top of surcharge fees are outrages over a small simple overdraft. When you swipe if the transaction can stay pending a day or two longer and if your money gone on your card while transactions still pending they will automatically make your account in overdraft status and here come both $35 and $38 dollars charges together. So done with them.

This is the ONLY financial institution I deal with. The associates here are top of the line. Helpful in every way!! From the tellers to the bank managers they are definitely 5 star!!!

This bank is ABSOLUTELY slow!! Been with this bank for many years and all other locations are not as bad as this particular one. Wait times are outrageous and tellers are rude. Don't waste your time going to this location because if you do that is ALL you will do .. WASTE TIME !!

I recently moved to south bend from mishawaka. The banking center on lincolnway in mishawaka is on point. Every single time I've frequented the bank on western, they forget to give me a balance even after requesting it with my deposit. Not to mention, the service is extremely slow any time during the day. It's disappointing to come to this bank when I've had such great experiences in mishawaka.
