I didn’t hardly work last year and she saw that my income was kind of low so she was asking me all type of questions about daycare other expenses that I pay out so she was trying to give me the most money back and she was very fast

I was under the impression that it would be around 200 dollars or so to do my taxes and I only got back around 1800 and it cost me$502.00 that's too much money to pay for entering your information into a computer in my opinion. You give them all the paper work they need. Please help me understand this.
