A horrible experience! The employee contacting me about my return was very erratic in their questions regarding my return. Several of their questions were regarding an IRS issued 1099 and they did not even understand the nature of the form. Realizing the tax "professional" did not recognize a standard IRS form led me to immediately go there and retrieve my documents and seek services from another tax preparation service.
