“Had an absolutely spectacular experience w/ Jimmy Summerfield in the PRO department. I usually work in Indy, but was managing a deck job in Northern Indiana & used this Lowe's store for the first time. He also helped load our truck for the few items we took home. And, he was able to have all of the deck boards delivered by 8am the next morning to the jobsite.

Jimmy was such an ambassador for Lowe's. He even told me to call him anytime for anything I need & he could service me even though he is 2.5 hours away from where I live.
