4 of us went to hacienda in Mishawaka Indiana last night around 8pm it took them 45 minutes for them to ask us what we wanted we got a drinks and Chips right as soon as we sat down but it took them forever to make our food instead of eating there we asked for boxes paid and left. Service was extremely bad the employees were rude. They all acted like they didn't want to be at work and that we were a bother for even coming in and wanting food. I would understand if they were busy but there was barely any body in there. There was a lot of tables empty. I will never be going back.

Apparently, Hacienda changed their menu, but not everywhere online. So when I unknowingly ordered the burrito Blanco, instead of having healthy red potatoes inside of it with rice chicken and mushrooms, it was stuffed with french fries! When I called immediately, they blamed corporate and offered no solution. When I called again the next day, the manager said they only reimburse meals on the same day. When I told him I called on the same day and was told it was corporate's fault, he changed his story to claim that they their menu had changed and they no longer carry potatoes, that the menu was changed on facebook, which I never use, refusing to reimburse me for the unedible meal. You would think that rather than bad publicity, they would have reimbursed me for what was disgusting and the furthest thing from Mexican food I've ever been served. I only asked for reimbursement for that item, not the entire order. Not sure what else they've changed, but the quality sure has and the service from management. After at least 40 years of being a loyal patron, I'll never enter another hacienda. French fries in a burrito, seriously? ??

There are many other places for excellent Mexican food around. More authentic too. I know for some people this is fine dining. Not me.
