Upgraded my 2021 for a 2023. Very happy with the team especially Kasey Ham. This was my 3rd deal with Kasey and he was great to work with. Would recommend working GL Ford.

I purchased my first and last vehicle from Gurley Leep this July. While initially purchasing truck, it felt like the red carpet was rolled out. The price was fair and the salesman was friendly and helpful. However, once I bought the truck the customer service came to a halt. After I had already brought the truck home I recieved a call requesting that I text a picture of my driver's license because they did not have a colored copier and the bank needed that for the loan. I was not comfortable sending that information over the phone so I had to return to bring a copy of my license. I live an hour away.A few days after that, I received a call that the service department still had work to do and the truck shouldn't have even been on the sales lot. I was asked to bring the truck in for the work. I dropped it off the night before and when I returned the next day, it hadn't even moved from where I parked it the night before. The service department had no clue what was going on so I had to speak with the manager to get it figured out. I had to leave the truck again but the work was done free of charge and I did get a loaner vehicle.A few weeks later my engine light came on. My knock sensor needed replaced. I tried calling the service department multiple times and left a message but did not receive a call back so made an online appointment. while I was driving to the appointment 30 minutes before my scheduled time I got a call stating that the tech was not in and the appointment was canceled. When I asked why I wasn't called sooner, the response was "well, I could have just let you come in."This entire experience is completely opposite of what I usually get at Oliver Ford. I went to Gurley Leep because I was looking for a used truck and the price was right but the customer service or lack there of will keep me from ever coming back.

The only thing this place has going for it are the salespeople, all extremely friendly. Repair shop and used vehicles are all complete jokes under that shiny paint. Their vehicles unless purchased new are complete wastes of money and time. Every single one of their used vehicles should come with a warning label “needs thousands in work after purchasing to even run”. Even the mechanics here are crooks. They’ll sell this dealership their broken down vehicle, sell it to a customer and then proceed to have the previous owner of the vehicle “work on the car” and the car completely die after their work. This place will lie, cheat and steal to make a penny for their shop and it’s more than clear after the new car smell fades. 3 vehicles from this place and all dead within a year with constant maintenance and record to prove it. Purchase your car elsewhere or be prepared to lose your wallet fixing what this place slapped a shiny sticker on and sold you.

One star is too kind for their body shop! Stay clear of this highly mis-managed body shop. My truck is still not right after 15 months from the date I picked it up. I have made many attempts to communicate with their manager and so has my insurance adjuster.Lately they won’t even return my calls. First time I picked up my truck I only got a few miles before a turbo coupling blew off from the intercooler, I had it towed to a dodge dealership for the coupling repair.Gurley Leep painted the after market hood and fender before fitting them on the truck. The alignment near the windshield is terrible. They claim that they don’t get enough to pre-fit panels which is body work 101.I have found all sorts of mistakes, missing and broken fasteners and clips and things that don’t fit or work properly. A high school automotive class could do better work. They collected around $11,000 to fix the collision damage, I am SOOOOO disappointed that I took anything to them and never will again.

I had such a fantastic experience with Matthew and logan when it came to getting my car to the dealership and getting it fixed. These guys were beyond helpful and really went the extra mile. They not only saved me a significant amount of money on towing fees but they also identified recalls for my car. Thanks to their diligence, instead of shelling out hundreds of dollars in towing and services my visit ended up costing me absolutely nothing. I even had my car the next day. Thank you both so much!!

I would definitely recommend them when buying a car. David was very knowledgeable on how everything worked, what cars had the best features. He was not a typical car salesman. He was a delight to work with. The financial team was just as great! Nick was awesome! The experience was definitely an awesome One! Thank you!

We wish we didn't have to give it one star. We purchased a truck and only went there because we thought we knew a salesman. We should have stuck to our regular dealership, where we already have a good relationship. Test drove many trucks until we settled for an F150. The truck is beautiful; however, as soon as we began to drive it on the highway, it had a vibration. We purchased the truck on 1/6/23, and it wasn't until two weeks ago that the problem was resolved, and unfortunately, we had to take it to another Ford dealership for them to fix it. First, the service department claimed that the vehicle was safe and nothing was wrong with it. Then the general manager put new tires on it and said that several people had driven it, and it was fixed. The minute we got on the highway, the vibration was back. They never corrected our truck, and we lost all confidence in their service department. The general manager quit responding to our messages and emails. We had to go to the corporate office. They responded a little more; however, they never resolved any issues. We have spent lots of out-of-pocket money and not to mention the time to correct the truck. We have lost all trust in this company and want to warn others to be very careful. They are nice to you when you are about to sign papers and kick you to the curve when you drive off the lot.

I would recommend you stay away from this dealership. I recently purchased a used truck from them. There was an issue with the truck and I was assured they would do whatever it takes to resolve the issue before I took the vehicle home. After picking up the truck, I was told they could not find anything wrong with the vehicle and that the issue was out of balance tires. I ended up splitting the cost of tires with them, which still did not resolve the issue. The dealership now refuses to take any accountability for the issue, even though I was assured it would be taken care of and even given an I owe you for the repair when I purchased the truck. The “sales manager” was extremely unhelpful with this issue and I was told I should take the truck to someone who specializes in Super Duty trucks to examine the vehicle (at my cost). I thought a Ford dealership was supposed to specialize in Ford vehicles? If you’re looking at purchasing a Ford, look elsewhere, Gurley Leep does not seem concerned about anything other than making money. I was also looking at ordering several transit vans through this dealership for my small business, but will definitely be going elsewhere.

I bought a car here last week with a full inspection done saying that they fixed everything need. Then after just a week my car's ABS light popped back on and they told me I had to pay 150 dollars for each diagnostic test on whatever. Turns out after 4 days of waiting I have to pay 1k for a part that they were supposed to fix and wouldn't fix it for 4 days until they got approval which I said they could have the first day! Terrible communication. Do not get your car fixed here... unless you want to lose money.

It is with great disappointment that I write this review of Gurley Leep Ford. My recent experience with this dealership was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped onto their lot, I was met with incompetence and substandard work.First and foremost, the salesperson seemed uninterested in my needs as a customer. They were more interested in making a quick sale than ensuring that my problem was solved. They provided little information about the vehicles issue and seemed to have a limited knowledge of the products they were selling.Furthermore, the dealership’s customer service was severely lacking. I had multiple issues with this vehicle I purchased, and it took multiple attempts to get the dealership to address them. When they finally did, the repairs were subpar and required multiple returns to the dealership to fix. Additionally, the staff was unprofessional and rude, making the whole process incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.Overall, I would not recommend Gurley Leep Ford to anyone. Their incompetence and substandard work make for a stressful and unsatisfactory car-buying experience. There are plenty of other reputable dealerships in the area that offer much better service and care about their customers’ needs.

Let me start by saying that I'm very upset this dealer ran my credit without my consent. Sales insisted over and over again I gave them written consent to run my credit and I denied it because I wasn't happy with the deal they were offering. As it turns out they insisted so much I gave them consent because they knew they had illegally pull my credit already. This is so irritating. This is the main reason I write this bad review even though I must say my whole experience with this dealer was bad in general terms. I tried contacting the sales staff about my complaint and they denied it. Once I said I had prove then they ignored me. I was simply seeking answers. So I tried contacting Nick Henckel the General Manager ( who shook my hand that day) by email and he ignored me. Finally I decided to go back to the dealer and asked to speak to a Manager and they had me waiting for at least 35 minutes until I got tired of waiting and I simply left the dealer without ( once again) answers. So I decided to move on to Step 2 of my complaint which is to make public my complaint about this dealer's rather suspicious activity.I've had a previous bad experience with Gurley Leep in the past but it was a different location. Gurley Leep Ford had the car I wanted and if I'm fair this dealer had a good price on it. I thought "well its a different location, surely this time will be different". I was wrong. Sales representative was intense and pushy and when I denied accepting a bad deal ( to me anyway) he even seemed upset about it.Having written this review it is now time to move on to the next step, which I was trying to avoid. I would've been willing to forget about it had they been kind enough to hear me out.Hopefully I'm the only one who's been through this. And I hope this review serves as a warning of what to beware of in the future.

i had bought a truck from this dealership about a year ago, i spent nearly 10 grand on warranties so i wouldn’t have to use my own money to fix it in the long run. well come to find out the service department is a complete nightmare to work with, i was charged with things i didn’t agree too. i specifically said don’t do anything that’s not covered underneath my warranty. i was cussed at for explaining myself and why i felt i was getting taken advantage of. my truck had been having some issues running and the check engine like and gas cap light where on. i told them this i had bought the right gas cap because i got the wrong one when i bought the truck. and i go to pick up my truck with a 500 dollar bill waiting for me and my truck still not running correctly. basically all they did was flushed my heater core because my hear wasn’t working and a oil change, was charged for that without being asked. they replaced my water pump which was covered but still want help me figure out my problem with this truck. don’t waste your time at this location they are all a joke, no one can return my phone calls when i leave messages, they don’t care

For the first time in my 72 years I've had to buy a vehicle without my husband's and/or son's guidance. To be honest, it was quite scary. Fortunately when I drove through Gurley Leeps lot in South Bend Dave Spencer was the one that cheerfully greeted me. He listened to what I was looking for and knew my budget. It didn't take long before he found the perfect vehicle for me... a Kia Sorento. I absolutely love it. So, when you are ready to buy another vehicle, put your trust in Dave Spencer. He is not only charismatic and quick-witted, he is passionate about his job, very informative, and above all helpful. Thanks Dave.
