The older African American lady closing the store tonight, thought it was funny to tell me “your going to get beat up and thrown out, taking so long” and I looked at her and said “oh yeah? Sounds like that’s going to be a nice lawsuit “ she looked at the heavier set Hispanic lady and said “oh she thinks I’m kidding, we will all jump you and throw you out together, that’s not a joke” I walked away and ignored her, as I will be calling and corporate, the district manager, the corporate manager, and the regional manager. I’ve never been so boldly threatened by a employee of a organization!

the prices are annoying. they’ve raised the prices to be similar, if not more expensive, than reselling apps like Depop/Poshmark/Facebook Marketplace… They get these items for free and are almost all profit yet they are still charging a ridiculous price. I’ve been to larger cities who have prices that are similar to here.. I tried to buy a small pack of art posters and the manager told me I needed to buy the entire pack - which consisted of 9 packs of the same posters for $10.99?!?! This is South Bend… not a major city where people can afford high prices. Cater to the people in the community

Okay, so the business aspect does need a good renovation.But the items are what they are donated items resold to pay for the patronage of other programs Goodwill has.However, I have noted that prices have gone up more, and at times, the items are not really worth it.

Goodwill use to be a place one could go to find antiques, designer clothes for cheap and all sorts of good items for an excellent value but nowadays your better off going to Khoisan of TjMax. Goodwill has now become the most disgraceful business in America, the CEO's weren't making enough millions so they decided to make sure their minions Google reverse image search every item that comes through the door so they can get every penny it's worth. These scum bags outta be ashamed of themselves considering they make money off donations yet rob the poor man blind who just wanted a nice pair of jeans. Don't go here or donate to these sh*t birds.

Waited in line 45 min get to the front 1 person in front of me ans the register breaks. So then I had to go to the back of the next line amd wait for another 39 min.. good will gets plenty of donations and the big wigs .are plenty of cash get better registers..
