We just bought a '23 Sienna from Gates Chevrolet SB on 6/13. My husband had been in contact with Ricky for a few days before this point, letting him know what we were looking for. The van was originally at the Granger location, but the morning of 6/13 we asked if Ricky could arrange for it to be at his by that afternoon..the man GOT. IT. DONE. When I arrived at the dealership, with our 3 kids in tow, Ricky came out to greet me & introduced himself. He is an extremely personable person & so kind. I noticed a small defect on one of the seatbelts (not being utilized at the moment) & he immediately took pictures to show his manager. Not only was a assured it would be taken care of, but he went ahead and got me on the schedule for today (6/19) to come in and get it looked at by the service center. There has been an open line of communication with Ricky since we started this process, and I will recommend him to anyone I know that is looking for a car. Thank you Ricky!!

Mike and Joe were easy to work with when ordering and financing my new car. Ricky was extremely helpful as I have never purchased a brand new car before. He helped me set up my Chevrolet and GM accounts and completely oriented me to all the buttons and functions of my new car as well as helping me set up my ONSTAR and Apple AirPlay making sure everything was working and I was comfortable with all the new buttons I’ve never had before. I’’m still terrified of owning a brand new car but I feel a lot better after Ricky’s help
