We called about selling my 2003 Honda Civic for junk money. On the phone we were told $300. They arrived within the hour like they said they would. When the driver arrived, he was nice and professional. He told my husband he could only give him $200. My husband talked to him, and he increased the offer to $225, then to what a competitor had offered ($250). We accepted.I've never sold a car for junk before, so perhaps this is standard.

If you have these questions. Here they are saves you from calling them and they telling you abruptly over the phone they can't take your junk car. Do I need a title to junk it? YesDo I have to be the owner of the car even if I have title? YesI was trying to junk a car that my uncle left when he moved to a new country and he parked it in my yard abandoned for over 5 years now and I just don't know how to get rid of it I don't even really care if I get some money or 5 dollars to get rid of it. I just want it gone and this company didn't want to.

Just called and start to ask something and immediately the lady on the phone says no,no,no and hangs up… I don’t know how your in business acting like that I drive a tow truck myself on the weekends and to have that kind of manner is very poor service… I willNever call for a tow or anytning I’ll tell u that right now glad the company I work for don’t act this way

I teach at the school across the street. At the end of a day, I went out to find my van had a flat tire because I picked up a nail. Another teacher and I walked over to see if they had any patch kits. One of the guys dropped everything, including the car on his tow truck, to go grab my van and tow it back to fill my tire and put in a patch to repair the hole. They even went around and topped off all my tires. What amazing examples of selflessness and taking care of one another! These gentlemen are amazing.?
