I have been with this bank since 2007. Someone hacked my account and made a COUNTERFEIT mobile check deposit and instead of investigating they treated me like I did it and closed my account while taking all my money ?

Moved to south bend a couple years ago and rarely have to go into the bank but will probably be closing all my accounts just to avoid the ghetto door setup when I do have to get to a physical bank

Short staffed, longer wait times. 1 person usually works front counter and drive-thru.,, So neither way is faster than the other. This was before pandemic and currently 11/01/2021

Aubrianna was exceptional. I had a great experience with her opening my checking and savings account. Everything was explained thoroughly and she made me feel at ease regarding some concerns with fees. I learned a lot about my new accounts and will definitely be coming back in the future if I need more banking services. Great job!

5/3 is the worsssssssst bank. Their app is frequently down, when it is on sundays you can't get help bc support is closed. They do infact charge you for EVERYTHING! Their lines are really long at the bank inside and outside. They can't keep employees bc they know their bank is trash. 5/3 is a horrible bank. Do not consider them! I hope they go out of business!!

Worst bank experience ever! Faster to deposit the check in the ATM I just wanted to deposit a $213 reimbursement from my employer. They would not let me in the front door because my steal toed boots kept setting off the metal detector. They asked me to go through the drivethrew. It took 15 more minute than it should have because the woman forgot to give me a deposit slip, then had to send over my drivers licenses, and finally had to answer security questions.
