I've waited over a week for an overnight package to arrive. I stayed at my apartment waiting for them to show up so I could sign the package. They never showed up. They just reported it was the wrong address in tracking info when it was 100% the correct address. Worst shipping company ever!

Never can get packages out on time. Failures. Orders package to be overnighted on a Friday they delay 3 times after it’s at the facility just because they are too lazy to unload the truck…. Note still don’t have it

Terrible service; no way to talk to a human during normal business hours, and frustrating automated system that dead-ends and hangs up. Much better service with UPS or USPS

I feel fedex is big cheater , they dont attempt any delivery and simply say they have attempted. You will not find any tag in your door.

After reading these other reviews, I see that I'm not alone here. I had an item that was coming,. I knew the day it was coming and I knew a signature was required so I was sure to be home waiting. I went outside only to see that a note was stuck to the door that they had attempted delivery and no one was home. If they would have KNOCKED, they would have known that someone was, in fact, home. When I called the 800 number.. the only way to get in touch w/ anyone... they informed me that it's policy to NOT knock on a door. Apparently they think a person should just sit at the door waiting for the driver on the day of delivery, or use ESP to know when they have arrived. What a ridiculous "policy", if it actually is a policy.. Be aware when have a sig required item that the driver will not let you know they are there to deliver your item.

Got an email letting me know I'd receive my package today.Today I get another email saying it couldn't be delivered bc I wasn't home.Buuut. I was home. No knock. No doorbell.Just an email essentially notifying me that someone didn't want to do their job today.Oh friends. I am not in the mood for this.So I go online to let them know their employee is a liar.Guess what it's impossible to do? That's right, it's impossible to let FedEx know that there's a PROBLEM.I tried logging into my account, but I couldn't do that bc the password reset wouldn't work.So I tried calling them. And after I finally got the automated nuisance machine to give me a real person - that person mumbled something & hung up.So I go back online. Because there HAS to be a way to get into that account and leave delivery instructions telling them I *know* they're a liar and they'd better give me my package - right?Well, the glitchy website finally gives me the option of getting a code via text instead of by email. After 4-7 tries, that works.I get in there - guess what doesn't work?THE PLACE TO LEAVE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS.So I call again. This time the system gives me a real person MUCH faster and that person does not hang up on me.But, she does tell me that in the notes - it doesn't show that they attempted to deliver the package on time!They sent me that email and wasted 2 hours of my times - what, by mistake? Just automatically because they couldn't meet their own deadline?Don't use FedEx friends. I know sometimes you have no option. Some foolish company like La-Z-Boy has chosen for you. But if you can choose at all, don't use FedEx.

Two FedEx heroes - Eric Haguel and Brian Mahoney recently saved our family vacation by working after hours to deliver an overnight package containing a passport for an early morning flight the next day. The vacation was our first one since before COVID and was a celebration of two graduations...we will never forget what they did for us!! True empathy and an unwaverable commitment to customer service brought tears to our eyes as they found a way to deliver the package to us in time!! Thank you - we will never forget it!! Sooo very thankful!! The McDevitt Family

We were overwhelmed with the way that two lFedEx employees Eric Haguel andBrian Mahoney bent over backwards to get our overnight package to us with a much needed passport enclosed for a next day early morning flight!! We can't say enough about how these gentleman made sure we had the passport in hand in time ...by working after hours to get it in our hands!! Thankyou for saving our first family vacation since before COVID!! The McDevitt family thanks you!!!

Incompetent lying drivers. Period! Deliver to incorrect address and then lie about it when an investigation is started. Will never use FedEx ever again.

The local distribution center has, on numerous occasions, damaged or lost shipments. Every time it happens they do not communicate other than to change shipment status to pending the night after it was supposed to be delivered or the next day.
