terrible, i had to call 4 times before they told me my package was delayed due to road construction that was finished, only for them to tell me that i COULD NOT pick my order up, I proceed to call back to find out i could, only to drive 2 hours just to receive one of 2 packages. not to mention it was 2 day shipping but is taking over 3 days. I can not express how stressful fedex has made my day. i may have been rude to the support people but by no means was it necessary for them to talk back and then refuse to tell me details about my order.

I came in the store at 6:57 p.m. and the store was closing at 7:00. Jason still help me even though he was closing and then three more people came in and he still helped them as well. It s em as if nobodies scan/bar code was working. Jason stayed over and helped us when they were closed. Thanks Jason for all your help?

Just here writing reviews for every FedEx location in south bend until someone finds out why my $1700 bed/mattress has been sitting in the warehouse since September 23. Claims have been filed and escalated, nothing has happened.
