They took scammed me I used coupons and me and my mom did the same deal but my deal was more than my moms and we did the same deal and they told me I didn't qualify for the 5 off 25 and my mom did so they didn't give me back my money even though I told them what happened

Victoria was AMAZING. She informed me that I can get 5$ off on saturdays if I download the app. She then stood there and walked me through the process. If I was a manager this is EXACTLY how I would want employees to act. She wasn’t aggressive, she just suggested it because she knew it would help me. She was sweet and smiling and told me to have a good day when I left.

I am so upset this place was closed at 715 and it's suppose to close till ten no notes nothing so then I go to the one down the street and they are close and it's 722 and the don't close till 8 and there is at least 3workers in that one. I get it people are down workers but you can atleast leaves notes or change the time on Google search this is the only place I get my minutes for my phone and now they don't want to be open ughhhhh so frustrating

I was workin there I told them I was super sick Friday and I wanted to go home they told me no so I was pissed because I was really sick so yea I went off so I was fired i wake up Saturday I was more sicker then what I was friday I went to the hospital Sunday morning I was diagnosed with covid and pneumonia these ppl don't care about you all candance ( candy ) from michiagn city store it's not her store ... i Can go on and on about these ppl NEVER WORK FROM THEM STORE

Disorganized and areas in stocked items were hard to find. Only one check out open with several customers in line. So many cigarettes butts outside around the door. Surely someone could sweep up and pick up trash in the parking lot.

We arrived at Family Dollar on Western Avenue in South Bend at 9:53pm knowing exactly what we needed to get. The doors were locked and the lady inside yelled we're closed. Closing time is posted 10:00pm. I'm assuming either a poor employee or poor management. But will not be shopping here again. I left 1 star only because I couldn't leave zero.

ehh always messy most of the employees dont know if they carry anything its very unorganized. i went in last week and the place looked like a bomb went off and had a odd smell i left within a few mins of being there.
