Took my car in for some work and had some issues with the card I was going to use for payment and Mauricio did everything in his power to help resolve the issue which he was able to resolve. He helped me get a credit line increase on my card so I could make the payment, even did the work on the computer himself and called the card company to discuss the issue. Never had anyone help me as much as Mauricio did, he deserves a raise for sure. Tmt does excellent work and they truly care about their customers, would recommend everyone go there, Maurcio went above and beyond for me and I cant thank him enough. Love the guys at tmt

Overall service and details were good. Only part I didn’t really enjoy was the pushy sales on things. I appreciate the honestly on issues that need addressed but pushing more times on products is not always the best feeling for return business.

These people charged me $190.00 for a check engine light. Not to fix the check engine light, but to read it. Which is all I wanted them to do, but they also chose to tear my car apart for their "inspection" which I assuming was in that price just to tell me the other $3000.00 + amount of work that needed done while trying to get me to commit to those repairs. I will not be going here again and I will not recommend this shop to anyone ever.

We were traveling from Wisconsin to Maine to deliver a large boat to the Eastern seaboard, on a very tight schedule. We experienced a blowout of one of our 6 trailer tires in the middle of Indiana around 11:00 PM. An Indiana “Good Samaritan” graciously stopped, and helped us put on the spare tire, but it became clear that we would need a new set of trailer tires to complete our trip. We decided to go to a hotel, do some research, and get some sleep. We discovered that the Tire Rack store in South Bend, Indiana, had exactly what we needed - 6 heavy duty trailer tires! We decided to get some sleep, and be the first customers in line when Tire Rack opened the next morning. The plan was working to perfection until we found out it was against Tire Rack’s policy to work on trailer tires, that are still on a trailer, on their property. The tires (and their wheels) would have to removed from the trailer, at a site other than theirs, and then brought over to Tire Rack to be mounted and balanced. Tire Rack’s staff recommended a shop nearby, but they couldn’t do it until mid afternoon, at the earliest. Eventually, a trusted salesman at Tire Rack, Luke Pavlic, became aware of our plight. He volunteered to make a few phone calls and get back to us. When he did, he recommended Wes, at TMT Automotive, less than 5 miles away. We drove straight over, and could not have been more satisfied with the service. Wes, and his guys, understood the urgency of our situation, and got right on it. Unfortunately, the boat trailer did not fit through their doorway, so they had to work outside in the 90+ degree heat, and in about 1/2 hour they had the whole project completed, 6 tires dismounted, remounted and balanced, and we were on our way. It couldn’t have gone better. Their performance was exemplary; I would highly recommend them. Their customer service enabled us to make our deadline, without issue. I can’t thank TMT, Tire Rack and Luke Pavlic, and the Good Samaritan Indiana resident, who stopped in the middle of the night, to change the spare, enough for the care, service, and assistance. They all did the state of Indiana proud; I couldn’t be more grateful. Thanks again.

I would get a second opinion on a major work that this place says you need. I was quoted a price for repairs totalling more than the value of the car. After inspection by another mechanic I found that only a few of those quoted repairs were actually necessary. I won't be returning.

My clutch went out and I was stranded. They called a tow truck and got started quickly on what the health of my car was. I chose what I wanted to fix from a detailed assessment. I had to wait for my clutch kit but they had a free loaner car that was invaluable. Prices were fair and service was great! I will be back.

These guys do fantastic work, they got my car in right away and told me and showed me pictures of what was wrong with it, even told me about their financing option. They did a 4 or 5 point inspection so I know what to keep an eye on. Plus they gave me a courtesy ride home and picked me back up when the car was done. Such a great auto shop, will continue to go there in the future, thank you TMT!

This place is amazing ? that's why I gave them a 5 star review. I made an appointment for a Thursday but they got me in at the South Bend center on a days notice with a loaner car and fixed my car in one days time. If you want great service and people who care this is the place ❤️
