Only bought a couple vehicles from there but I've never had a bad experience. Steve's pretty cool and very knowledge if you have a question or advise about your vehicle. He's helpful that way as well!!

Stay far away! My business has been a customer of Dales for years. The past few years however, we have been treated like the average Joe walking in off the street. Most recently one of our fleets vehicles had a plow controller go missing while the vehicle was at Dales for service. Steve denies any claims that the controller was inside of the vehicle at the time it was dropped off. We know this claim is false due to the fact that the controller was needed to maneuver the plow when it was dropped off. We will be reaching out to Western for further action.

My son returned uhaul there. Fellow behind desk very friendly, smooth and easy check in. Would go back anytime to rent.
