Very piss poor times on getting medicine refills. People standing behind the pharmacy counter with thier hands in thier pocket. No one watching the pick up counter. Very piss poor service

No need to improve much. Employees are always helpful and pleasant. Pharmacy techs are knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Shopping at CVS is always a relaxing, pleasant shopping experience.

The overweight, slovenly male Pharmacist with the scraggly blonde hair is the rudest, most obnoxious, condescending, belligerent member of a CVS Pharmacy team I've ever encountered. He was outright screaming at me - when I turned around people down the aisle at the front of the store were staring - because HE pulled up the wrong patient file, and was trying to run MY prescription through a totally unrelated patient's insurance! He kept telling me I couldn't use medicaid to fill a prescription there... I DO NOT HAVE MEDICAID. The ONLY insurance I have is Cigna, through my employer. There were 3 other technicians working at the time, and they were all visibly disturbed and uncomfortable with his treatment of not only me, but two other patients at the desk as well. He is absurdly unprofessional. Looking at the exorbitant number of 1 star reviews that directly mention HIM, you'd think CVS would do something to prevent him from further sullying the company's reputation.

Rude disrespectful quoted me a price of $25 and they tried to change the price to $60 and then told me that there was nothing they can do and took my coupon away all while I'm sitting out at the drive-thru looking at spider webs all around the building and they just looking at me like drive on who's next - so I don't have my medication and won't be going back

The male pharmacist is extremely rude and condescending. I will never use this pharmacy again. After reading other reviews, I see that this is the common theme. On the other hand, working with the other pharmacy personnel has always been nothing short of great. Unfortunately the negative experiences I have had with the male pharmacist was enough to drag the rating into the crapper.

The building often isn’t super clean, but the Pharmacists are usually friendly to us.

Like others stated the pharmacist that works there is extremely disrespectful. If your currently going to this pharmacy I would try and deal with the women pharmacist that works there. The boy David schuler is a whole other story.. He thinks he's above everyone, he will talk down to you, I guess due to the shortages they hire anyone.

Cvs is fine. Just like any other small store. Most complaints are the customers unrealistic views on how they'd like to be serviced. Employees are hard to keep, wages are up, staff is less, get used to it. Generally happy people don't seek out venting. Get a life.Kurt Arkangel, so what was your question? To go on a rant like that & not post what your big question was, seems pretty sketchy. I'd think you'd want that out there! What could you not figure out on your own?

...so my experience with the pharmacy staff has been fairly good, however I had a terrible experience with the store manager Jennifer Hinchley. I had a question about a sale item that the cashier was unable to answer. The cashier asked the manager and she acted very bothered immediately. She exhibited extremely poor customer service and set a very bad example for her staff. I asked her if she can speak to me directly but as she was walking away from me she said over her shoulder "I already answered that question" and kept going. I was furious as I am not used to being treated that way as a customer. I made an attempt to contact the corporate support and spoke to a representative that was very pleasant and accommodating. She asked if I wanted a call back from the district support. I ensured her that I absolutely did. No call back has been received in over 60 days. Unfortunately there appears to be a systemic issue with poor customer service with CVS. Very disappointing.
