I'd give no stars if I could. The tech refilled the wrong rx for me even though I was standing in front of her saying "the one with X mg. The other should have been deactivated." It took days to sort out and the pharmacist told me they have too many scripts to fill to be able to listen to patients when they talk.

Poor service in the main. Understaffed by their own admission. No attempt to be helpful except for one employee who overheard the interaction and stepped in. Changing pharmacies.

Also would give their service 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Just terrible. Have weighted on hold multiple times for an hour just to be hung up on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Unprofessional staff who speak rudely to their customers. I was on hold with the pharmacy for 42 minutes and then they picked up the phone and about 5 seconds later, hung up. I will NEVER again give this location my time and money.

Horrible attitudes in the pharmacy. A new tall lady is there (with braids?); she looks like she's ready to throw a punch any second; and is like that with everyone. She doesn't seem to be good at her job either-- and acts like you're ruining her day just by existing, and breathing air. Long story short, after I said Thank You, she refused to hand me my ID back, and I had to reach my arm under the glass and across the counter to her side to get it. All the while, she just stood there staring at me with this nasty look. So weird and toxic.A shorter gal, with glasses (and braids also?), is there and she's constantly talking trash about customers' medications, or the customers themselves; making snide remarks, then snickers to herself. Then starts again. Hey CVS, guys? Heck no! You can't have employees like this. They'll ruin your business. Bottom line.

Called in my prescription at 9am was told it would be ready at 11am. Got there at almost 5pm was told I had to wait another 30 minutes cuz it wasn’t ready. There were a ton of people in there getting their Covid shot though. How are you going to schedule appointments for vaccines but not have time to fill prescriptions?? Their excuse was they’re short staffed. They had 5 people working there. Never saw that many before but again if you’re so short staffed why are we scheduling appointments for vaccines??

Every month I have a problem getting my son's medicine. The people there are extremely rude & unhelpful. I was told if my son had a script there they would make sure they have his meds in stock. Well they never do. Then they say they'll order them and they don't. He gets 3 months sent there at once & they still don't make sure they have enough in stock. I call the number and it always says processing. How is it processing if it's not even in stock? Trying to call someone at that location is a joke cuz they don't answer the phone. I understand they're short staffed but trying to explain to my son why he is going without his controlled substance is extremely annoying!

Went in for a test I'd made an appointment for. Pharmacist was extremely unfriendly and snarky in telling me I had the name of my test wrong, only to explain that the system was down and they wouldn't be able to perform it. Not the way to treat your customers during a pandemic. There's a Walgreens across the street -- take your business there.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy especially is when I call to order meds. The time it is available is typically right on with no major waiting and they offer youinstructions and answer all your questions.Great place with friendly faces. Love it!!

I have to use CVS due to insurance. I was on hold for 15 minutes just to answer a quick question. Was considering switching from mail order to here because it's close, but I'm seriously rethinking that.

I've been on hold for 39 minutes now. This is insane. I honestly am to the point where I'm going to take my script somewhere else. I usually fill my prescription here and they try to charge me 80 dollars for 10 pills every time. They seem unable to use my coupon until they've taken the time to call the company that issues it, then they can process it correctly. I'm in awe at how terrible the management, the staff, and the pharmacists and techs are at this location.
