Very bad company to use don’t use , want to court because we were rapped and the guy has to pay for the phone and so do I because they took it out of my check and they will lie to you about what u make and they don’t care about their customers it’s about their money go somewhere else check out all my pictures on my Facebook account they let other employees steal money and the dm covers it and dm lies

I have recently been approved for acp and have auto pay. I had fraudulent banking issues so I came in early in person to pay my $25. I was trying to avoid a late payment but... I was charged the extra $5 for doing this. Kinda sucks

Austin the salesperson at this Ireland road Cricket Store gave me awesome service setting up the Samsung phone I bought there. She was also great on two visits I subsequently made to the store, helping me quickly and expertly.

Had issues with a phone I got during a transfer the online customer care was horrid but spoke to someone in store and they switched it out after we checked some specs and no problems at all I will be bringing people them gj!!

I went in 2 times to have someone help me with issues with my phone. The said She doesn't know how to fix phones. Are You kidding Me? I haven't had my phone a year and Already messing up? My Son has had his one for 6 years TMobile. Hmmm maybe I will switch to them!!!

When I bought my phone here I received the best service ever. I wanted a belt holster for my phone and went in here today. Neither one of the employees was wearing a mask. While he was looking for my belt holster the employee zipped up his pants. He put my screen protector on crooked, I could have done the job better myself. They worked a long time to get my old screen protector off; you would they they would know how to do that. They used their car keys to take a knife apart so they coulld get a razor blade. Like I said; when I bought my phone I received the best service from the lady that was there that I have ever gotten anywhere. Today I received the worst service.
