I visited recently. I was able to receive service quickly. Once I explained what I wanted to do with my account, the attendant moved slowly and at each step of the process I was charged before moving onto the next step. It seemed to confuse the attendant when I started to insist on paying for everything in one transaction.

Cricket if I could give them a hapless or I would thanks Debbie employee that works in all the stores in South bend and Mishawaka I would not do any business with any of very shifty people and characters work there they don't know anyting about their policies

Got new cell service and phone today with the company on Western Ave. Talk about "Great Customer Service" this is where you'll find it and the price is minimal. In addition, you get "Free" HBO for 1 year right after activation. Kudos to these guys!!
