“They are OK so far. I usually move my money to other accounts because of investing and auto pay bills.I did have my other account (TCU) hacked and while that was pending I tried to overdraw, they didn't let me.. I get direct deposit and they see how much is deposited. Not a fan of that no emergency cushion. Good thing I had my emergency card, otherwise I could have been jammed worse you know. Otherwise, they've been good to me.”

“High interest rates. We have IRA money here because it is the best rates. Updated: cannot understand the negative reviews. Customer service is excellent. These are the best rates we've found. We live in Arizona now, have moved checking and savings accounts to this FCU and use the mobile app exclusively. It is easy to use, fast and better than other banks' mobile apps. If there is a problem, customer service addresses it quickly. You can get live people on the phone who know who you are. What more do you want from a bank!”
“I was having the worst experience at the NJ MVC (my third visit for this vehicle registration) and every time I went back they told me I needed more info for the title, or something was wrong. I called Rachel Kelman at CommunityWide FCU while I was at the MVC and she helped me get what I needed instantly, and not only did she answer the phone but she went out of her way to get me what I needed. Then I went back in line and they said the info for the finance company was still wrong so I called Rachel AGAIN and she answered and gave me what I needed in seconds. The MVC was looking at 20 year old info and and Rachel offered to talk to them to tell them what to look for. She definitely went above and beyond which is hard to find these days so I want to just commend and thank her for her help. Outstanding service. And huge Kudos to Rachel Kelman!! “I recently decided to discontinue my membership at 1st source bank for several reasons. I did a little research online and figured out that TCU was a option for me so I decided to stop into the Main Street branch to see about opening up a new checking/savings account there. “I signed up for an account online and when I received my debit card in the mail I went inside the South Bend branch in downtown to deposit 2 checks. I also deposited some cash and exchanged some large bills for smaller ones for my employer. Natalie was so wonderful and so sweet!! The branch was very busy with a lot going on but Natalie was very kind and quick while helping me get everything I needed that day. My first experience was wonderful.”
