I called Zack in the morning to get by laptop battery replaced and he was courteous, professional, and said I can come in that day and he would do it while I waited. Another company told me I had to leave my laptop with them for several days or pay a very high expediting fee to do it while I was there. I had purchased the battery myself but the screws on the laptop didn't want to come out for me. Zack changed the battery, provided advice on some other electronic questions I had, and I was on my way. Fantastic service, nice office, and good people.”

In the end, Maurice put the guts of my old Lenovo into a different case and got everything (including the flaky on/off button) to work reliably. I'd use their services again any day.”
