I had an accident in November with one of their clients. I have not had any contact with the adjuster since the end of November. I have attempted to reach her many times. I leave voice mails for her. She has no interest in helping me. Then there was an appointment scheduled to have my vehicle repaired without my knowledge. I can't safely drive my van. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone that I know. Tey won't even write me a check for the damages. It's horrible how these people treated me.

Liberty mutual is currently holding my car hostage for no reason at a tow yard after my vehicle accident last Wednesday because they can’t seem to coordinate a tow company to pick my vehicle up from the tow yard and get it to the service shop no one will respond to me and give me any possible update or help me and everyone seems confused as to why I’m so mad at this point I think I just need to call South Bend Police Department and report my vehicle stolen unless someone can actually help me
