Worst financial institution ever, anywhere. Go somewhere else. I have an account there ONLY because their ATM is in a good location..out in the parking lot where I don’t have to interact with their grumpy employees. I would never do business with them that I can do anywhere else. Every time I’ve gone into their lobby, whether Elkhart or Plymouth, their tellers have an attitude like they’re annoyed that they have to wait on me. I feel like a prisoner asking the warden for extra privileges. And when they can’t help, they’re—oddly—very happy to tell me that they can’t help me. Parking lots are always empty…no surprise. Call their customer service line…wait for 15 minutes for someone in customer service to actually pick up the phone and talk to me. Finally gave up and called the loan dept. to change my address cuz they were the only ones who would answer the phone. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a credit union.QUESTION: SO MANY TERRIBLE REVIEWS. DOESN'T ANYONE IN MANAGEMENT CARE? DO SOMETHING! IT’S BEEN LIKE THIS FOR YEARS.

STAY AWAY!! Rude service, bad attitude, long hold times, and they act as if customer calls are a problem/nuisance they don't want to deal with. They also charge fees other credit unions and banks don't. STAY AWAY!

I literally feel like most of the tellers don't want to be at the job, doing their job. They always answer the phone with an attitude, like they don't want to be answering the phone and helping their members. It doesn't matter if I call or go into any of the offices. I feel like 75% of their employees just don't care to be there. If your happy, you make your customer happy, a smile is contagious, or a nice attitude is contagious. If you're rude and have an attitude, of course thats gonna rub off on other people. I've also never had so many issues with community wide in the whole time I've been a member. Between the debit cards not working sometimes, their app not working half the time, asking one manager n they don't know how to do their job, so I have to contact another manager to get answers and help. It should not be like this. I would change credit unions, but both my hubbys check and my checks go into those accounts and we have loans thru CW. I really hope that one day CW can get their ducks in a row. Also to add: I've had one of their employees send me my title in the mail, after I refinanced and it was paid off, letter said paid in full. I did return the title, but CW couldn't make any exceptions for me to skip a payment or anything or give me extra time to pay. Then I had a new loan opened for a truck and my loan company sent me the title, instead of sending it to CW, which we didn't know what to do with the title, the said they sent multiple letters , even said they tried to contact us(which they never did) threatened to repo our truck. This was on them. The only letter I got, said it was a second attempt, which I never even got the first letter. Of course I took the title in. But man, do they do things unprofessional there.

Community Wide theft! These folks will steal your money! They took my loan at 10.99% loan after they added a $199.00 loan fee. The only way I can pay my bill is mailing it to them, otherwise they charge me even more just to pay. They can't even send my bill out until it's due. They don't care about their clients at all!!!!

I paid off my loan several years early to avoid dealing with this company any longer. I tried to pay it off on the app, and it was going to charge me a $5 fee to pay it off from my checking account. I called and was told there was no way to avoid the $5 fee regardless of what pay source I used unless I went in a branch. There aren't any branches in my town. Crazy! I also recommend you watch your account closely because I had an issue with a payment not showing on my account. They fixed it quickly when I called but, it should not have happened in the first place.

Worst place to do business with. Rudest staff I’ve ever had to deal with. Interest accumulates through the course of your loan and total payouts rise every day. Fly by night company with pathetic service! Steer clear at all costs. Paid my loan off 5 years early just to get out of my bend over and take it deal they had me in.

Paid loan off ,but can't get the title. I've called 4 times,every time I'm told that it was mailed the previous week and I should be getting it anytime. Nothing but lies.The customer service is terrible and strongly recommend NOT using this credit union. They don't deserve 1 star. Stay away from this credit union.

The app they have is great easy to use. But the service is terrible, you can call to have something fixed or changed and it won’t happen for more than 3 plus weeks. They update things so slow, but are quick to send letters or emails. They don’t seem professional. This is literally the worst experience I have with them. Calling for a simple can you fix my loan payment they said yes after my situation and they have yet to do it. I asked for this fix 3 weeks ago. This loan company is lazy, slow, rip off, and more. I stand on this till they fixed what I been asking 3 weeks for to be fix.

Last year I brought a 2017 Toyota Corolla and my interest rate was 10% with Wells Fargo bc of me rebuilding my credit. I just traded that car in for an SUV and Community Wide FCU gave me a lower interest rate. I work hard and appreciate them financing my 2020 Kia Sportage S. I live in Indiana, so it's nice to have a lender in Indiana.Thank you Community Wide FCU for helping me get into a vehicle that is safe and my favorite color ? not to mention the panoramic sunroof and heated seats.

I've been with them over 40 years, watching them grow to where they are today. With all the other banking options out there we've stayed because it's a great place, with good rates and great staff.Their branches are conveniently located. The staff is friendly and attentive to needs. The mobile app allows easy access to account information and funds transfer. I would recommend them to anyone .

I love this bank. I've been here for years. The way I have been treated here has been phenomenal. I'd find it hard to bank anywhere else. Plus the manager is a sweetheart! And the staff have always treated me kindly.

This is an awful place that hires awful people. Yolonda and her team in the collections department are terrible. I asked to be transferred multiple times and no one will help me understand my loan. Yolonda was so concerned about an address. I hate this place so much. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I been with communitywide Federal Credit Union for years I just want to give Yolanda a good shout out she give you good customer service she goes out her way to solve your problems she is a very good manager and her team also very pleasant and so welcoming...so good job Miss Yolanda ????
