disgusting business practices, i use another company to host my machines for over 3 years and never had these issues. Money hungry scammers all over, Be very careful before choosing to send your valuable miners, i would recommend the company i use. This news is getting a lot of attraction, never seen a facebook post get over 300 comments in 1 hour. andrew might get jailed up soon lol i hope he does to be honest.

Scammer, i read what they did to a customer that sent them lot of miners. complete scammers deserved to be locked up in jail for stealing machines. Thank god i did not use you guys. Andrew hall if i ever see you know whats happening. I hope the customer gets justice and we will all support him.

Tried calling their support number lot of times, keeps getting to voice mail and no one answers. Poor customer service, would not recommend.

For a budget colocation setup, I've been excessively satisfied with what I've gotten at Colostore. Transfer rates are decent, downtime is infrequent (a network blip here and there), support is responsive...Overall, a great quality+value combination!

Honestly, if I'm visiting it's probably because something is broken but the staff is responsive and my service has exceeded expectations. I'm completely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for server collocation.

Great rates for a data center. The employees try help as much as possible and rarely charge for repairs. Honestly they should charge more for instant repairs.

I have been at this data center for a while now. It's no Equinix but where they lack in the "bells and whistles" department they definitely make up with their customer service, bandwidth and price. I have made some strange requests at this data center and they are always open minded and helpful. I will stick with them as long as they will have me.

They disabled my miner, kept charging me, and now are stealing my hardware, too.

They never answer their phones. If there is an issue, don't expect to be informed until after they fix the issue. No status page, no recording, no Facebook post, nothing. Their communication during an outage is non existent.
