“Vehicles were available, clean and easy to drive. The check in process was lengthy due some issues with the computer system, but the attendants was friendly and apologetic”
“The woman and man that operate the desk at the airport were more helpful than I have ever experienced renting a car. They went far out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. 5 Stars! Thank you Enterprise”
“This location doesn't have a ton of options however they were very nice and accommodating. Only issue was the windshield needed to be cleaned thoroughly. Not a big deal.”
“Now thinking again, to rent to own from this company. I don't know if I can or not? So I can't rate them higher yet. Yes, prices are high there, but they don't pull your credit. Otherwise, no issues with the cars I rented for a short time. People were nice to us.”
“Friendly team, but it took a really long time to get the car when I got off the plane. This is because they have a shared space with Enterprise and another company. So, you end up having 3 companies doing business with one employee. But, I had some time so it wasn't a big deal - just be aware the same may be true when you return the car.
Otherwise, the car was clean, functional, and no issues.
South Bend Airport has the cars all in one parking lot, so regardless of who you are renting with you head out the same way. Alamo, because it is the cheapest, has the longest walk.”
“First car had issues after leaving area, tried calling in and that was a total nightmare and absolutely no help took it back to where I rented it from and they were very helpful and exchange the car”
“Super friendly. The car rental agencies are paired up together. You rental car is in an open parking lot, so prepare for a long walk and a hunt and find if you don't listen carefully to where it's parked.I would have given 5 stars but the return location closed at 5 PM so there was no one to return my keys. I dropped them in a box, that's not the issue. I like to get a confirmation of date and time and invoice. Otherwise, good car, decent price no issues.”

4643 Progress Dr, South Bend“I really wish I remembered the gentleman’s name who helped me when I picked up the vehicle (rental). Such great customer service. He was polite and professional. My only complaint and downfall about the car (SUV) was that it desperately needed an oil change, and the vehicle tires needed to be changed. I had to buy two quarts of oil to feed the vehicle. Not to mention dealing with slow leak and having to fill up the tire every day was a pain in the butt, [because we all know air isn’t cheap, especially for one tire]. The vehicle survived my family’s one week trip. We traveled from Indiana to Savannah Georgia for two days. From there we traveled to Orlando Florida for three day. Lastly, after Florida, we traveled to North Carolina for a two days. Despite the vehicles issues, I would still rent from Avis Car Rentals. Thank for the experience.”
“I worked with Aaron Berger when I needed a rental after someone rear-ended my vehicle. He picked me up from Gurly Leep body shop to take me to Enterprise. He was very nice and polite. He explained everything very well and answered any questions I had. The website made it easy to update my rental drop off date and time. My only issue: at Enterprise, when Aaron was trying to explain rental stuff to me and have me sign the papers, his co-workers were LOUDLY talking next to us. I wish the employees would learn to be respectful when customers were inside the building. They didn't say anything rude (they were talking about dancing, lol) but the fact that they were nearly shouting and I was struggling to hear Aaron was annoying).”
