I was in a car accident which rendered my car illegal to drive. I am pregnant and had to be transported by ambulance to the hospital and Bud's towing towed my car from the accident scene onto his lot.The very next day, I called and asked if I could take my backpack out of the car (because it had my textbooks in it and I had a window broken out - in case it rained).Ron was EXTREMELY rude to me when I called. By me coming out to pick up my backpack, he accused me of "dumping my car there" (and he'd have to pay to junk it). When I explained that wasn't the case and the car had been there less than 24 hours, he got angry with me that the person at fault for the accident's insurance had yet to come out and take photographs of the damage - which was completely out of my control. He wanted to know when it would be out of his lot, and I told him as soon as I possible - when insurance would have it towed to a repair shop because it was illegal to drive. He STILL wasn't happy with that answer. He said I could come over and get the stuff out, I told them I'd be there soon. We got there 20 minutes after I got off the phone with him and the door was locked!!! Luckily, the other towing company right next to him (Hamilton towing) had a really nice lady who was kind and let me get my stuff outIf you have the choice, I would HIGHLY suggest not to have this "company" tow your car after an accident. There are other companies in the area with professional and nice owners.
